   Took my car in for MOT Wednesday 22nd October, unfortunately it needed 2 new brake discs and new tyre. They didn't think they could do the work until Monday - so left it with them. However the very next day, Thursday 23rd October, I had a phone call just before 5pm to say it was all completed and re-tested for MOT - and it was ready to pick up! Brilliant! The cost was reasonable too! So grateful to Damien and all the team at Smith's garage we have used them several times for both our cars and they are always helpful and reliable, thanks so much, Jane M.

   Was told I needed all new discs and pads by another garage. Smiths quoted me about £250 less for the job, but once they’d looked at my car they told me I only needed new pads on the front, explained why. So I ended up saving an absolute fortune. Seriously great guys. Clearly know what they’re doing and are just there to do their job and not try and rip anyone off.

   I had problem with my air conditioning and was recommended by the people who gassed my van to go here. The customer service was professional and excellent. After being priced for the job I was extremely impressed he found the fault and didn’t need to change all the parts and carry out all the work he quoted for, saving me 50% on the price. Not many businesses operate so honestly these days, making Smiths a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this garage and have already had a quote for more work. Thanks Malcolm

   Absolutely amazing experience with these guys. Half way into a 4 hour drive I had to pull off the motorway for a wheel bearing. With nowhere to go I called smiths of alvenchurch and they made room for my car and got me back on the road within a few hours. I was even greeted with mince pies and pot noodles!

   Firstly I am writing on behalf of a friend who does not use the computer. Issues with Gez and the vehicle are numerous, he dragged the whole thing out until the warranty expired. Constantly went back with the same problem & he kept fobbing me off, telling me he couldn’t find a problem, until the warranty expired. So far it has cost me over £1,000 to have fixed at a professional garage. Would never recommend Smiths of Alvechurch. Avoid at all costs! Bad attitude & behaviour. 23rd April 2022. A YEAR since I posted my review & they reply. The vehicle in question was a VW Van, but due to his threatening behaviour when approached several times with the vehicles problems, we are unwilling to provide further information

   I have asked Gez and the lads, two years in a row now, to do the MOT on my car. Both times, the service has been quick and fairly priced, and I have been given a courtesy car free of charge, while they carried out the necessary work. How they have managed to keep a 1995 Nissan Micra running so well, is nothing short of a miracle. I won’t use any other garage future, even when I finally make an upgrade. Customer for life.
