   I regret having to leave a negative review, but after much consideration, I feel it’s necessary to warn others to avoid a similar experience. My feedback is directed at the individual responsible for handling tires, not the mechanic. I had four tires replaced at this workshop and paid for the full service, including balancing. Unfortunately, it turned out the wheels were not balanced at all. The old weights were not even removed from the rims. When I returned to file a complaint, the technician balanced only the front wheels, claiming that rear wheels do not need balancing. To make matters worse, within a few days, I noticed that all four tires were losing air. I went back to the workshop, and to my surprise, the technician blamed it on the fact that I had purchased the tires online and not from them. I was genuinely shocked by this response, as if tires bought from online stores were somehow manufactured differently. I later consulted with another tire specialist who explained that the issue occurred because the tires were not sealed with a proper adhesive during installation. This not only caused additional expenses for me but also put my safety at risk. I have never encountered such poor customer service or professionalism. The individual in question showed a complete disregard for the customer’s well-being and safety. I cannot recommend this place.

   The guys there were super friendly and really knew their stuff. They quickly figured out what was causing my engine management light to come on and got it fixed the same day. Plus, I asked them last minute if they could fit new brake discs, and they did it without any fuss. Their service was top-notch. Highly recommend them!

   Have used Mark's Cars a few times over the years and nothing is ever too much trouble. This time had a new Clutch Kit and window regulator fitted, (vehicle was recovered there over the weekend) and the job was completed within 2 days, fantastic service, very well priced, knowledgeable, honest, reliable and quality workmanship here. You've also got the added benefit of a tyre service there aswell by R S Tyres, so it's a one stop shop for all your automotive requirements. The guys there know their stuff so well worth speaking to them if you need work doing.
