Would not exchange a plastic part few days after ordering because it was not re saleable. bad service for a car parts business for 20+ years. Only used because theyre close by and convenience. I have returned full previously fitted brake kits to places like euro and gsf car parts without issue, sometimes as a business you have to take a small loss to retain a customer for a lifetime.
I was contacted by a friend who had completely destroyed his door mirror on a gate post, i spoke to Liam in sales who said he could get me a mirror the next day, extremely good price and all handled in a very professional manner. Referred to the website by a local garage. Looked online, and they had one of two parts I needed on their website. I love minutes away, so thought I would call them up. When I spoke to the agent, he was well-mannered, knew his products, and helped solve the problem without any questions. Really solid service. Prices unbeatable.
Usually have the parts required. Prices are quite expensive. Takes a while to get served due to staff operating a mail order system .
Ordered a genuine gm pressure sensing glow plugs for my astra gtc 2.0 cdti. From dealers just short of £140 from Dealers. From AutoVaux £99.90 for same genuine gm glow plug. Fast delivery within 3 days ordered through eBay. Very helpful and spot on to deal with. Highly recommended
Started as a driver on 8th November and told the boss I wanted to work 8-4.30.. the hours were never confirmed and I never received a contract stating my hours. I’ve never been bothered about contracts so continued. Was asked to work 9-5.30 which although I didn’t want to (too late finish) I accepted, however, I was employed as a Van Driver without a van. Was expected to deliver parts in a car, which again I accepted and was ok with although the driver of the said car wanted it back for 4.30 which meant my hours of 9-5.30 didn’t work and was expected to work in the warehouse for an hour- No! That’s not why I accepted the job. I was statistically the best driver after a couple of weeks because I am good at what I do but was messed about on my last day. I started at 8.30 AM, had 15 minutes break (everyone else had 30) and was meant to finish at 5.00 PM. At 4.55 I was told I needed to do an extra job that would take me over an hour due to traffic at that time of day. I never went back to that job, however, still did the extra run in my own car which I wasn’t insured for. This is what these companies expect from someone!! That’s why they can charge minimum prices because they pay minimum wage.
