   What a gem of a find this place is. I found it through an Internet search and made a call for some help with a bow thruster solenoid that I was trying to identify. Adrian could not have been more helpful and his broad knowledge of the products and their suitability for various applications was very impressive. He hooked me up with the right product for a very reasonable price. Old fashioned service like this is becoming scarce these days and I feel very lucky to have stumbled across ARC Components and Adrian in particular.

   Excellent guys to purchase car electrics from. Very competitive pricing, they go the extra mile! Due to Royal Mail strikes I had not yet even received my order. So as soon as they could they contacted me first to tell me they upgraded my orders (I had two at that time on-going). Into one package and that they were shipping them out to me via 24-hour courier to make up for something that wasn't their fault! John seemed very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Will be buying more 12Volt relays and similar associated items from them! Nice to see in todays industry companies like this who go the extra mile! :)
