Went to Martek for them to check My BMW great service from Raj and the guys gotta go back for them to fit a part on my car. Recommend them to everybody who’s got a German car. Great service top People.
I was looking to avoid expensive main dealer prices and came here on a recommendation. I've always kept my car well-maintained, but I knew I had a few maintenance issues that needed addressing. The team at the garage did a great job, carrying out an oil and inspection service at a really competitive price. They also replaced my rear discs and pads and my front suspension arms, all using original equipment manufacturer OEM parts. Rajan was particularly helpful, keeping me well-informed throughout the process. He sent over professional videos detailing the issues with my car, which was a nice touch. I never felt pressured into getting the repairs done; they simply informed me of what was needed and let me make my own decision. This is a professional, family-run team, from the receptionist to the technicians and the owner. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again.
Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were very helpful and polite. I don’t understand much about cars but the staff took the time to help me understand the issue with my car, the diagnosis and the parts required. They were really efficient and quick in getting me back on the road and even supplied a video of the work that was done to the car. I Will definitely be using Martek in the future.
After reading many positive reviews about Martek, I booked in my Audi A6. The service received from the reception was fantastic. Video was sent of my car everything was perfect until I brought my car back home. I paid for a major service which cost me £310. I always check over my car after it’s been in for a service and what I discovered left me not best pleased. I noticed my fuel filter had not been changed, Martek use OEM parts which was confirmed over the phone. The fuel filter was an aftermarket one which had not changed. Air filter was still dirty also not been changed. Mechanics are not trustworthy at all, I doubt anything was done to my vehicle apart from a basic health check. I called Martek up informing them of my findings. Full credit to the staff, They offered me a full refund of £310. Can’t complain about the owners, they were transparent with me. Just a shame about the mechanics. I won’t be using Martek again.

My family have been using Martek for many years for all our vehicles. They are a lovely family run business who provide dealership services at affordable prices. They are very reliable and I have never had any issues with them, any time one of the vehicles has had a problem, they have been able to fix it same day or by the next day depending on the issue/parts required. They also provided me with videos of the vehicle repair which was interesting to see.
Booked my car in to have the glow plugs changed. Service was completed in a reasonable amount of time and in the time stated. The team were polite and friendly. Would recommend and definitely use again
