Phoned on Friday told me to bring my Mondeo in on Monday to diagnose the problem , when I arrived a mechanic quickly diagnosed my car but I said I would prefer them to have a closer look , ( after having a very bad experience with a garage in Oldbury ) although there were some delays with the repair of my vehicle they kept me updated and were very professional . Picked up my vehicle and problem was fixed and they also helped me with an additional problem , I recommend this garage and they have now earned a loyal customer , keep up the good work guys, thank you to all the staff

People give away 5 stars on reviews too easily BUT this one is ABSOLUTELY DESERVING.
AFte my car pedal died I the car towed to my house the issue was finding a good mechanic and looking a the recovery to them. I googled and came across RH Engineering and the reviews blew me away and there were a lot of them. As they are also down the road I rang and spoke to the owner Russ. You wont find a more decent, down to earth guy I swear.. SO he gave me quotes for a slvea cyclinder and also a master and clutch and the prices were really good.
Plus they have an inexpensive towing service. My car was collected on time on the day givem. It was repaired and ready by the following midday as agreed. And the price turned out even slightly lower than the quote - which never happens.
I am always coming to RH Engineering for breaks now and will probably hve the MOT and service her too.
I cant recommend this place enough. Try it and you'll see.

At your request, I'm leaving this review as you wanted to know why I only gave you 2 stars.
I went home directly after the MOT however noticed damage to the rear passenger side door the following day. Yes, I know I can't prove anything however those marks were not there when I hand washed the car myself before taking it to the garage.
On returning home, I noticed that the invoice did not have any customer details on it and the registration of the vehicle was incorrect. Not sure what your accountant would make of that but mine would not be impressed.
On paying for the MOT, I went out to collect car because I didn't know where the keys were I called across the workshop to two mechanics standing the other side, the one who had parked my vehicle after the MOT promptly walked away, the younger one answered me when asking if it was okay to take the car.
The vehicle had been left unattended the other side of the garage directly in front of the open front with the keys in the ignition. Not sure why you didn't just leave the engine running making it even easier for anyone to come in and take it.
It might be an idea to hand in the keys when the jobs done, and hand them over with the paperwork to the customer.
I tried ringing the garage when I got home just after 3pm, for at least 30 minutes, it went to answer machine each time. Considering Id just spent 45 minutes plus in the office/reception area and the phone rang out maybe twice in that time.
So its a 2 star from me.
