My car wouldnβt start. Went round the garage as only round the corner spoke with Chris and to my amazement he said would come round and take a look. Came within 30 minutes. I had the car towed to the gagage and they solved the problem really quickly. Honestly the best service ever! Well priced and Chris went above and beyond so thank you, thankyou and thank you. Fantastic my car would not start after leaving it for one day had electric engineer look checked car all over in the end voltage on new battery not enough it was new however my car was collected new right xl battery put on was good price the staff and mechanics very experienced would recommend to anyone to take car here if they have problems

I hate writing bad reviews but I need to write this one as I canβt believe how you can have someone so disrespectful working in your company, no customer service skills what so ever. I brought my car in for MOT. The mechanic who spoke to me was rude and disrespectful, called my car a banger, in front of other customers, said I might as well scrap it as itβs not worth fixing, told me I have excessive oil leaking from my engine, which I have not seen evidence of, he acted like he did not want to repair my car so he gave me a hefty price to repair it. Respect to the receptionist she was so empathetic and I could see she also felt uncomfortable with his attitude. I booked it in with you for repair coming Thursday but I had a feeling that if I took it back to him, he would not do things to the best of his ability, so today I took my car to WILLIAMS MOTOR SERVICES Chelmsley Wood for a second opinion and MOT and they charged me less than half the price you charged me, saving me Β£360. There was no excessive oil leak and they said my car was in good shape for its age, MOT PASS, what an amazing service.

I have my car repaired by guy called Steven Griffiths his work and prices and making sure the customers are always looked after only doing the jobs that need doing on the vehicles making sure he gets the best prices on the parts for customers been quick and efficient always the best guy to do your car repairs. Because there is so many guys there working you need to go and ask for Steven Griffths or look for him on the yard.

I've been using this garage for MOTs on my vehicles for 15 years. However, this time I'm disgusted with them. My Mitsubishi failed it's MOT because of a small amount of corrosion. I immediately got the welding done. When I rang up for a retest the lady receptionist told me to bring it back so said I'd come straight down and she said ok. She pointed me to the rear of the garage to the MOT testing office. However when I got there and presented my failure sheet, the mechanic said "come back in an hour" as there was a car already on the ramp. Bearing in mind it would only take seconds to check and didn't need jacking up!! I said to him "so I've had a wasted journey then?". He just shrugged his shoulders - no apology for putting me out! I then explained that I'm suffering from cancer and have body aches and it was hard for me to come back again, but he was not interested! To add insult to injury when I took my car back I had to wait a further 25 mins for him to fill in my pass sheet and bring it to me. In the first place the receptionist should not have told me to come down straight away without checking workload! Secondly the mechanic was extremely rude (just shrugging shoulders) and offering no apology for messing me around, after all it was their fault. Have they ever heard of customer service? You would have thought I would have had an apology from one of them! I used to recommend this garage to family and friends but no more. They don't deserve custom with their bad attitude.

Full service and mot for Β£205. Used to take my car to a local Toyota dealership, got frustrated with them cutting corners on services so tried Car Services Tipton this time around. Staff were easy and pleasant to deal with. Service took slightly longer than expected but I wasn't surprised, they'd received an incorrect part, happens a lot with my car due to many variations being produced and parts databases often bringing up the wrong parts. Only area of improvement I'd suggest is invoices covering services get itemised as standard (I had to ask for one but the gentleman at reception was fine with providing me with one and even double checked it). All in all, happy with the service, can't complain and would suggest others try this place. Thanks for a pleasant experience where I've not left feeling ripped off.
