   Excellent service from Babu bhai and the team. Drove all the way from brum on recommendation from one of my family member to get my MOT and servicing done. Very professional, calm and easy to understand! Saw a lady customer harassing for good couple hours about why her MOT has failed, babu bhai kept explaining her how serious they're on road safety and how important it is to follow DVSA guidelines, with calm demeanour for quite a while shows how professional he is. 100% recommended to anybody bout to get his MOT, servicing done.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Will be back again

   I had my service and MOT done by PR autos early this weeks and utilised the collection and deliver and was so easy and seamless. The guy collected the car on time and called me advised what was needed and repaired it very quickly. Have used these guys for 2 years and they are the best in the game. Cannot praise these guys enough they are great.

   “Beware of this workshop! They failed my MOT, claiming my brake pads were below 1.5mm (a dangerous defect) and my control arms were faulty (major defect). When I had the car checked elsewhere, the brake pads measured 5–7mm, and the new pads are 10mm. I went back to another MOT center and found the control arms were actually fine (only advisories). This is blatant fraud – they do not do their job properly and only look for ways to make extra money. They even tried to pressure me into unnecessary repairs, claiming they ‘just happened to have the parts’ to fix immediately. Misleading and dishonest. Do not trust them!” Mrs Kumar I feel the need to respond to your misleading comment. As requested by you on WhatsApp, you were provided with all pictures as a proof, which clearly highlights the issue and shows what actually happened. DVSA will definitely assess how you "follow the rules.” I must say, I am genuinely surprised by the level of misinformation in your statement. Regards

   I arranged for my car to have a mot and servis at this garage it was picked up from my house at the time we agreed and delivered back to me a few hours later on the same day with new mot and service complete my service book was stamped and signed also I was very happy with the price and great service they gave me they were polite and very friendly people to deal with and I would highly recommend this garage if you like fair prices and friendly people who do what they say they will do.
