   Absolutely horrific experience. Had my car for 7 weeks during that time I collected it 3 times which it broke down again within 24 hours and now still isn’t fixed as they refused to complete the work because I was requesting an eta due to the amount of time they had already had the car. Customer service is shocking, they don’t know how to speak to people, very rude and disrespectful. The state my car came back to me in was appalling. Seats and inside were filthy. The leaver to lift the bonnet is broken and just been left snapped off. All the coverings to the engine were thrown in the passenger seat and not put back together properly. Avoid at all costs! Horrible place

   Rip off cowboys Go to proper professionals to get your work done if you value your car . Tax dodgers don't give u proper recite so they don't have to put it in the books . And u get no proof of payment no proper recite no after work when it goes wrong . Save your money go to proper mechanics.

   Booked my car in for a diagnostic test due to a warning light appearing on my dash. After further inspection they diagnosed a burnt out radiator fan, to which they "ordered and REPAIRED" Seemed very genuine, helpful and knowledgeable. After finally picking the car back up after "REPAIR" guess what, still the same warning light. So off I go to rebook it in for another diagnostic. They do all there checks and assure me that the fan is working correctly and there must be an electrical fault somewhere that they don't advise or help with. So I had to rebook into a new garage to check for any electrical faults. This is the best thing I could of done to be honest. Upon inspection, the garage basically asked me who the hell fitted that fan because it's completely broken! Also the brackets that hold a fan in place were completely shattered to pieces and the new garage says that the fan must of been forced in via the bonnet instead of taking the bumper etc off. The fan (only available via bmw) was removed to be replaced and the garage have advised that the fan that was in my car wasn't even the fan that would of come from BMW, it was a different type The car is now repaired thanks to the new garage that I took it to, and to be honest I'm so lucky that I found them. These are the words of the new garage below "The car is driveable but We wouldn't advise driving that car just i case your stuck in traffic, it overheats, and can potentially go up in flames!" So forget the fact the car wasn't fixed correctly, I was potentially put in a very risky situation! I will never ever use this garage again or even point people in your direction. Worst place ever to be quite honest! Que a response!!!

   Got scammed by con man. Took my car here. Needed a full engine rebuild. Was quoted a certain price and the total job came In at £5 over the bottom limit price. Was told the job would take a out a week has the car back in 4 days. Couldn't be happier with the service from John and the lads. The car will definitely be coming back here for its services, MOT's and repairs in future.

   Just used this garage for the first time and I've got to say I'm very impressed. I've had the NOX Sensor replaced on my BMW. I've been messed about so much by a different mechanic I had nearly given up!!! Johnny is a great bloke. The mechanics are good lads as well. Very happy with the work in fact I'm going to use them to replace my suspension which needs doing. Spoke to Johnny about this today. Got a good price too and the work comes with a warranty. I've just read some of the reviews on here with people moaning about labour costs. It's a business not a charity. I use garages because I want a professional job done. That comes at a cost. I'm very happy with the service today and I will be back to have the suspension done. Many thanks for sorting me out today. Richard Graham.
