    Paid (in advance) for 54-point service inc. oil+filter change & MOT. Even though the oil change should've been able to show if/where any potential leaks may be, this wasn't able to be detected unless willing to pay an additional £35 but this was picked up (apparently) by the MOT. Queried this but not given any sufficient answer. Whilst completing 'failed' work, was charged £55 for a handbrake which isn't utilized on an automatic vehicle. Again, questioned this but unable to give a reason as to why work was carried out without my prior authorization. This was then suddenly reduced to £30 but still unable to address what work had actually been conducted. Ultimately, felt very disappointed in this garage for charging for things without requirement and have been left feeling a victim to common-con. It's hard to find a garage that can be trusted, I thought I'd put my trust here but this was abused. Sometimes trying to give some custom to smaller businesses isn't worth it.

    Bought a service from Groupon not knowing what to expect but the staff were so helpful and courteous. They went the extra mile with the service too. Will use T&M again, very pleased with care given.

    Ok service off Groupon for the price, reason for 2 stars is they advised my wheel bearing needed replacing and quoted me 179.99 for it all in. Was way overpriced for that part and they probably charged high to make up for the service. Took my car to the dealership 2 days later for it MOT as get them for free and they said the part doesn't need replacing at all just needed tightening its absolutely fine. So just be warned when they say it needs items replacing. Would not book it in again with them due to them trying to get money for work that doesn't need doing car passed MOT no advisories.

    Worse customer service and complaints handle, spend almost £300 to get my car better only for parts of it to fall apart on motorway the very next day, managed to get back to office and was told I got to come early in morning when owners are in, saw one man and after telling me he will get things fixed, took three weeks and had to get a lawyer involved before they fixed a fault they created. Worse garage ever. You better off even fixing things yourself than to go this place because it will come out worse once it goes in the garage. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!!

    Terrible customer service from management, despite we have been using them for years. They charged me £20 to fit a device, went to another garage and paid ONLY £7.50. The job took less than 5minutes. I do not recommend this company at all.

    I purchased a Groupon offer to refill the air-conditioning. Having seen some of the negative previous comments about the garage I arrived with mixed feelings. I have to say I cannot fault the Garage in any way. I arrived and was Warmly welcomed by Alan who explained everything to me. I wanted to wait and was advised that the cafe next door had just closed but they did have a waiting room. I found a shop locally and purchased a paper and a drink. The work was undertaken slightly quicker than expected which was great. The staff I meet were all courteous and polite. Came away feeling very positive about my experience and glad that I ignored the negative reviews. Will certainly go back.
