Was visiting from London, engine management light came on and got worried. Booked into Halfords Oldbury. Dave did an investigation and found issue quickly and rectified. Absolutely brilliant and professional service. Definitely my place to if I have an issue. Thank you!
We have been taking all our family cars (3 cars) to Oldbury for many years . Dave , John and the team are always helpful and very professional. On this occasion , they helped beyond our expectations as my wife was limited for time .. they did the MOT earlier than the allocated time slot , sorted last minute issues ( a new tyre ) and still have the car back in good time . Thanks a lot .
Very poor service. We were two people in the queue but it took more than 20 minutes for both of us to be attended to by only one person at the till. Had an appointment at 1600hrs and by the time I was cancelling it at 1626, I had not been seen. This is despite arriving 12 minutes early. Could do better.

I would never visit this auto centre again. They drove my car to another auto centre without my permission for MOT. I got it back to check it over and there was circular skid marks in the paint front near side part of the bonnet, just like someone had been sitting on it because it wasn’t deep scratches Like anything had dropped on it.
Phoned to ask about fitting my dashcam to my car, as it advertised. Was told they dont do it and rang off. I complained to customer services and was told to go in person to the offending establishment!
This is what u get for visiting this place....completely destroyed the tyre.....thier yard must be littered with these.....imagine getting on to the motorway I wud have been in so much trouble.....will be using Halesowen branch from now on......absolutely shocking
Normally I'll give my car work to local garage but first time I bought car battery and mobile fitting from Halfords but spoiled my all week first time technician came said not enough space manager call you to reschedule appointment but nobody call I made myself then i spacially said when you send technician say him to bring jump leads or battery charger but he came on second appointment with battery charger but and he said I brought charger but he is not charge stupid again he said manager call you nobody call me very unprofessional manager so they took four day to 10 min job just battery change I never recommend local garage is better then Halfords
The staff here are wonderfully helpful and friendly. I booked a service and it was all done in an incredibly efficient and timely way. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!
I booked my car in online for Halfords to carry out the MOT. Easy to book online to find a time suitable after work. Friendly service on the desk. Quick and efficient MOT. Call to say it was ready to collect. Information given to redeem current rewards being offered. I would use them again if I needed my car to go into the garage for any work etc Thank you!
