   I am writing to express my disappointment following the experience I had in your store today. I have been a loyal customer of this branch for more than a decade, regularly purchasing clothes for my children, and I have always appreciated the service provided in the past. Unfortunately, my visit today left me feeling extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. From the moment I entered the shop, a staff member positioned herself near the exit and watched me throughout my entire time in the store, as if I were likely to steal something. This behaviour was intrusive, discourteous, and completely at odds with the respectful treatment customers should receive. I was not greeted at any point, and even when I proceeded to make payment for my sho, the staff member at the till was unkind and made no effort to offer basic courtesy. What made the situation even more upsetting was that as soon as I left the shop, the staff member by the door simply returned to her normal duties, making it clear that her behaviour had been directed specifically at me. This experience was deeply unpleasant and far below the standards I expect from your store. I hope you will look into this matter seriously, as no customer should feel monitored, judged, or disrespected while shopping.

   I went and bought a shoes she didn’t even charge me for the price was in the shoes which was 23.50 she charge me 25.50. Went and return to get for the price she even try to make me stupid like oh the price it’s £24.50 I said no don’t make me stupid it’s 23.50. I am a regular costumer and she made me never go back. So rude person, I felt sorry for the lady who sold them to me I don’t think she was told or fully trained to know that she shouldn’t do that.

   Some cute things and appear reasonably well made. Their pricing is misleading though. Hats attached to sets are in fact sold separately. Large signs that read "I'm included" do not include items that are already reduced. 55% more in price that a logical read of prices stated.

   Been twice now in two weeks ( and previous times )…. Each time a black lady has had an attitude… the more I’ve thought about it the more I’ve spoken to local mums that she is always like this ! I spent £60 week before last … £115 last week with not so much as a please or thank you ! She will not look at you or a knowledge you … This clearly is an issue as I have read a very similar review further down … The lady makes you feel like you are nothing and doesn’t need your custom … Very disappointing experience will never go in there again …

   I ordered online to puck up from shop.Very bad the hours open the shop open early when all the people's in to work and close also very early nobody have time evening to pickup parcels or shopping. Very bad 5 oclock hour.

   I bought a gift for my friend from here and the service I received is exceptional. The young lady serving me was friendly and helpful. She helped me choose some of the items. She had a good knowledge about the products she was selling. She adviced on some of the more popular products. She explained that I can use the website if I wanted to purchase goods that were not available in store. I explained it was a gift. After I had chosen the outfits, she packed and sealed it for me ready to gift. Thank you for your brilliant service.

   After recently having a baby I have visited this shop several times in the last few weeks. There have been a couple of occasions when I have been served by a black lady who seems to be the manager and she is just not suitable for a customer facing role. She doesn’t seem to know how to smile and is very reluctant to even look at you whilst being served at the till. On the first occasion I came into contact with her I was returning a faulty item of clothing and instead of apologising she made me feel as though it was my fault that it had broken within less than a handful of wears. I will be very reluctant to purchase from this shop in future.
