From last minute orders making sure we have them on time, to missing pre orders and charlotte working her hardest to get me my sizes. Best service, best choice, we love dainty delilah :)
Placed an order and it arrived dirty/marked, they confirmed they didn’t have any left to change it over with offered a 10% discount back and have been ignored since. Won’t be shopping again & will make sure none of my mum friends order either. Atleast reply to customers who you’ve sent dirty orders out to.
