   No word of a lie, I always travel from Ipswich located in Suffolk to visit these brothers who have always looked after me. Genuine and honest people, take care of all of my previous cars. Never would go anywhere else. Highly recommend

   I have used Enterprise Garages, Oldbury with little or no fuss for a while and until recently everything seemed fine. Unfortunately however on the more recent occasions I have visited the garage I have been left very disappointed. One occasion I asked for a simple quote on new spark plugs, I was told I'd receive a call back by the end of the day, two days later .... nothing. I called back at this point to be told sorry he hadn't got back to me but he'd been in the workshop, how long does it take to send me a quote via email? Two minutes? I ended up getting the spark plugs changed at Kwik Fit. Despite this I gave him another chance and I still went ahead and took my car in for repair a week or so later as it was having a few running issues, namely a rough idle. The garage inspected the car and Darren called me to tell me that whilst his mechanic was checking my car for the problem the map sensor had broken off in his hands. He said this had been glued on from a previous faulty repair job and there was an air leak and this was causing my rough idle. I explained to Darren that my finances weren't great and I asked him was he confident that this was the problem and he said yes he felt very confident if he fixed this issue my car would be fine. He said he would call me around lunchtime to let me know the job had been done. 5pm came and no phone call .... I called the garage to be told he had done the job, I was to be charged £127 and that the map sensor he had replaced had in-fact not fixed my problem and he now proposed other work. I was disappointed and felt mislead. I collected the car the following day - I ended up paying for a job that I felt they potentially created and didn't even need doing. Finally my girlfriend took her car there around the same period and had her brake pads replaced, she was quoted an amount of £213 in writing only to find when she returned to collect her car that it had shot up to £229 due to extra labor costs as the job took longer than expected, no phone call to confirm with her if it was okay to proceed despite the extra cost .... my girlfriend paid but decided she wouldn't return. It's a great shame I have to write this review as in the earlier days the standards were good but I feel recently they have slipped considerably, poor customer service and potentially creating unnecessary jobs. My sister also used to take her car there but she said she wouldn't again after a few mishaps, they have lost three customers. I have now found a new garage, I won't be returning to Enterprise Garages, I would avoid at all costs.

   We have been using enterprise garage for many, many years now. We have always found the staff to be very friendly and courteous towards us. They always do a thorough job on our vehicles and always tell us if work needs to be carried out before they start it. The prices are extremely competitive and the service second to none!! I have and will continue to use Enterprise and highly recommend it to others. You won't be disappointed.
