   Had my car done for a Cam belt and water pump change. Although can't fault the time and the service i had, what i can fault is...... I thought from my 1st experience this place was great, done the job quickly brilliant price everything. Then 2 days ago I called about my wife's car suspected head gasket. And I called up and asked what I would be looking at... the reply was honest he was doing admin and would have a call to me by 08:30am the following day. At 12:00pm still no call, so I call up and ask again. Response was oh sorry ill give the guy a call and will be back with you in 10 minutes. As I sit here now still no response? I mean if you don't want the job say in the 1st place instead of messing me around! Stressful enough with something like this happening this side of christmas. Let alone being left in the dark about what sort of price your expected to pay! Honestly thought I'd found that garage you will go to and there reliable. But clearly I was wrong again. Here I go again searching for that perfect garage? That doesn't seem to exist!

   Took my car to a wheel alignment specialist who said they could not adjust the rear toe "something must be bent" charged me and sent me on my way, booked into Tipton Auto Centre and the staff couldn't be more helpful, 30 mins on their alignment system and all is well. The adjusters were seized so the "other specialist" couldn't be bothered to try. Great service.

   What a joke, failing my wife's audi wasn't the issue at all but then saying they couldn't get the part and I was to try and find one myself but refusing to fit any second hand subframe as they couldn't sauce a new one is an absolute joke, what kind of a workshop can't buy parts, this is amateurish and very unprofessional, and basically writing a car off and unwilling to fix the problem, I'm not complaining about the failing the car I'm complaining about them not having the experience to get parts that you woukd expect a busy garage to have the contacts customers don't, they either couldn't be bothered with a decent billable job or they couldn't do the job, as for office staff, they were rude and unhelpfull, the difference between parts fitters and real mechanics we will go out of our way not to recommend this terrible service from a once great workshop when RS owned it, so my advice is if you have sn older sports car go to somewhere that can do the job from start to finish

   I visited Tipton Auto Centre after my bulb had melted the metal holder and it was near impossible to fix. It was looking certain I’d need a new headlight. One visit to the garage and I was advised that this could be repaired with some minor interior work to the holder. I went ahead and decided to get a full service and MOT too. I’m glad I did as I was looked after with great service on the break pad change. Thank you for the transparent and honest service and the professionalism and skill. An all round friendly and experienced team. I was saved a lot of money and hassle. I’ll certainly be a returning customer.
