   I had condensation build-up in my BMW 1 Series headlights (a common issue), and after visiting several garages, I was repeatedly told they couldn’t be repaired and would need replacing—costing thousands of pounds. Then I came across this garage and met Jag. He was extremely knowledgeable, listened carefully to my concerns, and offered a solution that saved me more than half of what others had quoted. Their work also comes with a 12-month warranty. It’s rare to find a garage that genuinely goes out of its way to help its customers, but these guys do exactly that. Definitely my new go-to garage for anything car-related.

   I can not fault Jag and the guys at AG Auto Parts in West Brom. Over the years I’ve always trusted and relied on their expertise to diagnose and fix any faults Ive had on a BMW over the many times I’ve used them. The price is reasonable for the quality of work they provide and I’ve never had to go back to them twice for the same fault. Went to them today with a fault that was completely different to what I had expected it to be and sorted it out within 6 hours! Keep up the good work guys!! Corey

   I’ve been using this garage for 7 years +. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else if you have a BMW or a Mini. My Engine chain snapped and they had it back on the road with in 2 days driving better than before at a great price. More recently a couple months back they changed my electric folding wind mirrors again great job done in around 40 mins of arriving. They also gave me and my dad free samosas, customer service and expertise is next to none. I now currently live Watford and if something goes wrong with my car, I still make the journey back to this garage. We’ll trusted Jordan

   Thanks to jags and chris for the amazing service over the years to keep my old BMW E46 and now my BMW E92 330I M sport fully serviced. Jags and the guys do an amazing job, very friendly explain everything that your car requires when it is in the workshop, nothing is too much trouble for these guys if you have a BMW, Mercedes etc these guys have the knowledge and the skills to keep your car on the road.
