They are lucky to get one star. Totally unprofessional service. Had a Scan for suspected Hernia and was not given any indication of results or advice on the day of the scan. Was told it would take 5-7 working days for results to be sent to GP practice. Here I am on the 2nd of January (13 working days later) still waiting for results. After ringing the GP practice more than half a dozen times and being told the results have not come through. I am now personally chasing 'bestcare' for results. The irony is I could have got all this done privately within a week or so but GP said not to bother as it shouldn't take too much longer through the NHS. Companies like Bestcare are a joke, will be charging huge hourly rates and fees for a very inefficient service. Don't bother using this company unless you have no choice to do so. Update 15th January 2020. The results still haven't been received. Bestcare have been uncontactable, with no one answering the phones. I've written to Tameside MP to highlight the poor service and unaccountably of these types of firms. Seriously not impressed.
