   Have always had good experiences here. Referred through 111 for out of hours appointment. I’ve always got seen within an appropriate time frame (111 assess the urgency of the matter) and been given the treatment I needed to get better. The clinic is always clean and inviting, not too crowded and you don’t have to wait hours in the waiting room like in A&E.

   Grandson was ill with reflux. My daughter got a call from a clinician to discuss his symptoms and was invited to the Mastercall Centre. After being booked in, they had to wait 5 minutes before being seen. Very efficient and much better than waiting in A+E. Impressed with the service.

   The service itself isn’t bad once you get through, but their call staff are incredibly frustrating. They consistently let the phone ring only twice, just long enough to register as a missed call, and then hang up. It feels as though they’re trying to create the appearance of contacting patients without actually giving anyone a fair chance to answer. If you’re expecting a call from them, keep your phone in hand and be ready to answer within half a second - otherwise, you’ll likely miss it.

   By far the worst doctors appointment I’ve ever experienced. Gaslighted, ignored and prescribed antibiotics without any discussion of my concerns. I gave up trying to explain my symptoms because I was consistently talked over and laughed at for not understanding certain terms. Felt like I was being hurried through, even with nobody in the waiting room. Immediately sought a second opinion from another doctor who actually listened, didn’t scare me into thinking I was in danger of getting sepsis and didn’t refuse to put certain information in my consultation notes. Some basic bedside manner training would go a long way. Everyone can have an off day but this standard of healthcare isn’t good enough.

   Really quick appointment, lovely staff. Not impressed I had to wait to see the clinician and was shuttled in and out within 10 minutes. I've been in and out of different hospitals, a&e, by request of doctors......the response I got from clinician was, it's asthma, you will just have to deal with it. I lose my voice regularly, I can't climb the stairs to my flat, I can't make it to the shop.......that's not just asthma.

   I would like to thank Dr Izzy Enaohwo for her compassion and kindness towards my daughter during the early hours on Sunday. She was fantastic and so so lovely. This is the first time I have used the out of hours and from making the initial call, I didn't get the name of of the man I spoke to, again he was very professional and reassuring to leaving Mastercall we were dealt with quickly and with kindness. Thank you to all the staff. You were all fab

   After using the out of hours doctors previously and being delighted with the service they provided with caring for my son, mine and my partners experience was far from that. Every call operator was polite, pleasant, helpful and sympathetic with our situation. Understandingly with it being a bank holiday the only appointment they could offer us was 10:45pm, meaning we would have to take our 2 year old son with us. On an arrival the receptionist was pleasant and we advised that our son would be with us so we would have to enter one at a time (he was asleep in the car). At this point there was no mention of a 2 hour delay. After 30 minutes I called to ask if there was a delay to which the response was ‘yes 2 hours, not much we can do about that’. We made the decision to stay and try to wait it out. My partner was first to be seen and then myself. We both experienced a somewhat cold doctor who didn’t seem to want to engage in conversation of any sort. After he stated that I didn’t have some issues that my partner was showing and therefore required no antibiotics, I had to ask him to re-examine me, to which he then agreed I needed them. There had been no conversation around pain relief or in fact asking us how much pain we were in, any recommendations for home remedies that may help us, and only through me attempting to draw some conversation out of him did he tell me how long I should avoid contact with other people. The time was now 12:45am, with no pharmacists open at that time all we could do was head home and try to remedy our own pain. First thing in the morning we went to hand in our prescription to be told by the pharmacist that the doctor hadn’t prescribed enough medication to what he stated we should be taken. So there was not enough to what we have been instructed to take - wonderful! On getting home we also noted that our mg for the same medication was different, one 800mg, one 400mg. We have no idea why this was done. Truly disappointed with the last half of our experience with this facility. Let’s hope this Doctor was having an ‘off’ day.

   Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the staff at Mastercall Healthcare in Hazel Grove this evening. the lady on the front desk was lovely and then the triage nurse , Amy, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. It's not very often you are made to feel like this when the NHS is so busy and everybody is rushed off their feet. they are a true asset to the NHS and I am very grateful for how they made me feel tonight. thank you.

   Less than 2 hours from contacting NHS111 I was seen by a lovely doctor from Mastercall and had a prescription in my hand. What a great service! Without this I'd have been waiting 8 hours in A&E.
