   i have business in online and and they said that is fine and after a month decline to open it . by the way same product got some others ... good luck to your business just to let you know during the pandemic people are more prefer to shop online !!! and also dont waste others people time !!

   @David Jones Bad day at the office? I've lost count now but I've been a Baby Brands Direct customer for something like 8 years. I run a small home based business from a converted loft space. 8 years and we have never had an issue that wasn't resolved, I'm sure like David I can be an angry man sometimes so would never forget. Bright side I guess we will not be competing so much anymore on such a massive range of products. Regarding faulty items, they are mostly such a small issue and I get such good deals from babybrands that I rarely report. @David Jones if majority of your faulty item reports are from eBay such is life you should be pricing accordingly eBay are so desperate for customers they even protect sometimes honest customers
