   I've used Autobahn servicing for around 6 years, pretty much since I bought my BMW and had a bad experience with a BMW main dealer. Since then I've always used Autobahn. I recently needed a main service with oil change, plugs and filters. About £60 cheaper than BMW and less risk of being overcharged or upsold. Everyone's mileage may vary, but my experience over the years with Autobahn has been excellent.

   From the moment I spoke to the lovely Charlotte I just knew this was a real professional place that I could trust, I had seen 5 different mechanics and given several different reasons and prices for my problem, some quoting thousands to fix it, Charlotte got my car booked in on the same day and 24 hours later they had diagnosed and fixed my issue for a mere fraction of the prices I’d been quoted. They actually kept my car overnight just to make sure my problem was fully eradicated. Not only that, they randomly fixed a seat handle that I was struggling with without even mentioning it and cleaned my car inside and out. Outstanding customer service and they have now gained a loyal customer for life. I can’t thank this team enough for saving me so much £££ and giving me complete confidence and peace of mind that my car was in the right place.

   I must say this place is a scam they charge you more then dealer prices and also do not make you aware of hidden charges they decide to add up and then hold your car if its not paid very bad customer service and well over priced was better of going to dealers as this would of been cheaper and more reliable never again also I would like to add I was quoted atleast £3000 for the labour on my car and I got the same work done for £400 thank god I took it back saved £2600!!!

   Very friendly, polite and efficient staff, felt very welcome while booking my BMW full electric (BEV) car in for it's service and during dropping off and collection of my vehicle. Texted me as soon as it was ready for collection. Excellent value for money. This is now my go-to place for any future work or services to be done on my car. Would recommend to family and friends.

   Claim to be a Mercedes’ specialist without having the the correct specialist diagnostic equipment. They miss diagnosed my car and I ended up just paying a price for what I already knew was wrong. Taken car to an actual specialist and problem was spotted within half an hour and fixed the same day. Would not recommend or deal with again!
