   The staff here are fantastic. We spent hours with them going through everything we needed. What I really liked is that they provide sensible and valuable advice on what you will actually need and don’t try and just sell you everything. To add, their prices were better than any other retailer both instore and online. Great prices, top service, quality staff knowledge. If you need anything for your baby, visit A3 Baby Barn first and you’ll do yourself a favour.

   Don’t let the odd location fool you, as this is a great place to buy a pram. They have a good range of every type of pram, don’t rip you off, and we were welcomed warmly without an appointment. I hate pushy sales people and they left us doing our thing until we weare ready to ask some questions, to which we got every answer. The lady who helped was incredibly helpful explaining the differences and price points and we got to try out, take apart, and ride around prams until we found the perfect one! Also love their pick up service, so we don’t have to store it in our tiny flat until the baby arrives.

   Ella from the A4 Baby Barn has been instrumental to our entire 'pram' journey. The level of service from her has been exceptional on every occassion, from the initial appointment right up until 1.5 years later when I had one or two questions about our unit!! It is amazing to know that phenomenal customer service still exists!! Personally, I also love the fact that you can buy the unit, and they will store and build it for you! All in all, incredible service!! Thank you

   Excellent service and experience! Highly recommend to everyone. Preparing for our first baby and I had been dreading looking at 'travel systems' as we had no idea where to start, but the team at A3 Baby Barn (especially Jaime) took all of the stress out of the experience. Where I had expected to feel overwhelmed it was easy, stress-free, and exciting! Jaime listened to our requirements and gave insightful, informative recommendations which were perfect for us and met all of our needs. We were able to take our time, try everything out and even make sure everything fitted in our car. Will be recommending to everyone regardless of whether they are experienced parents or 'newbies' like us. Will be going back for more baby items over the next few months and beyond.

   I bought car seats for my twins 18 months ago and came back today to have them readjusted as my boys aren’t fitting quite so well in them anymore. Ella very kindly readjusted the seats for me which was not a quick task, and in addition giving me some advice on what I need to do to keep them fitting properly so that the boys are 100% safe. I can not thank Ella enough for being so thorough and taking the extra time to make sure that the seats were perfect. Definitely recommend baby barn for their products and 5* service!

   This place is fantastic. We had already researched the brands we wanted (push chair, cot, car seat) but the staff were extremely helpful in showing us the options and demonstrating! They had everything we needed all in one place, and the prices were incredibly competitive compared to online- we ended up saving an additional £10-£20+ on each large item saving us over £100 or so. The one thing that was not in stock they're ordering in and posting to us free of charge. Cannot recommend enough!

   This is an amazing place. Very rarely today can you find somewhere which offers you a wonderful service with great back up. My daughter and I recently visited when we were having problems adapting a buggy. The ladies were very kind and understanding and sorted the problem in minutes. Shopping here has restored my faith in the experience. To go somewhere where they have such a wide knowledge of the products is indeed exceptional. Thank you so much Keep up the good work!
