   I had an amazing experience with my appointment at the wilmslow. The hospital is a beautiful building both inside and out. The waiting rooms are so comfortable and drinks are provided while you wait. My consultant Neil Jain was brilliant. My appointment felt far from rushed and I’ve left feeling very confident he’s going to help get to the bottom of what’s causing my pain. I fully recommend this consultant and hospital to anyone. 5 stars.

   I had a very positive experience when attending this hospital for retinal and cataract surgery in October. From my Consultant, Mr Niall Patton, Anaesthetist,to the nursing staff on the ward and in theatre I found nothing but professionalism, kindness and excellent care. The hospital is spotless and there is a real willingness from all the hospital staff to make the experience a good one. I would not hesitate to recommend the hospital.

   My disappointment following my partner James’s appointment this morning with Dr Ahmed, who administered steroid injections into two sites of his right shoulder joint. Dr Ahmed arrived after us and appeared unprepared and rushed. His bedside manner was frankly poor, he attempted small talk during the procedure, but it became clear he was not listening, which made the interaction uncomfortable rather than reassuring. I would have preferred silence and focus given the nature of the injections. Most concerningly, at the end of the appointment, he left the room abruptly without offering any advice or aftercare information. His lovely friendly assistant Karen, had to call him back in, and even then he re-entered while texting on his phone, without eye contact or professionalism. His only comment was, “Don’t do anything for three days.” As someone who is autistic, I found his manner particularly difficult, it felt dismissive, insincere, and not at all what I would expect from a private hospital experience.

   I saw Mr Lambe last week for an initial consultation for removal and replacement of breast implants. He was very honest, helpful and informative. He listened to all my questions and took time to answer them. I did not feel at all rushed. I have done a lot of research regarding which consultant to choose for this surgery. This was my third consultation with a consultant for this procedure and I was pleased I had made the journey to Cheshire to see him.

   Such an excellent experience at Wilmslow Hospital. I was extremely worried about a health issue which was causing me sleepless nights waiting for an NHS appointment. Rang Wilmslow and was seen by the consultant 6pm that night. Amazing service! The consultant was so friendly and put me at ease as I was getting a bit upset. After an examination I was reassured that everything was fine. But I was glad of the further scan that I chose to have to have 100% certainty and totally put my mind at rest. I came out walking on air. To have that peace of mind was priceless and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wilmslow Hospital. All the staff were very caring, professional & friendly and the facilities are excellent.

   Had a shoulder operation at Wilmslow hospital yesterday The place is very modern, immaculatey clean & very well run. The staff are a credit to the hospital from the girls on reception, nurses, doctors, surgeon, anaesthatist they could not be more kind, friendly and helpful. The treatment I recieved was top notch and I cannot recommend highly enough. One special thank you to Rachael who looked after me. What a lovely person !

   Recently visited this hospital to have a septoplasty and turbinoplasty surgery procedure and I can say it was fantastic. No hassle, great and friendly staff and the nurse who I received called Rachel was absolutely fantastic. She made my stay comfortable, ensured all the aftercare was correctly done and made me feel welcome. I would recommend to anybody what a outstanding private hospital this is
