Great work from BMWillenhall, fitted a new dual mass flywheel, starter motor and auxiliary battery to my 330e without breaking a sweat, the car runs perfectly. The staff go above and beyond.
Having booked for a replacement EV battery I was very pleased with the service I received from BMW Willenhall. The Receptionist Kay was friendly, polite and professional and pleasure to talk to. The Technician came out to see me and explained exactly what the problem had been and what was done to solve this. They were happy to allow me to inspect my car and gave me the old parts back for examination. Overall I could not fault their attitude or quality of work and customer service.
Don't deserve even one star, they used aftermarket parts despite telling me they only use OEM. Over filled oil by 600ml, forgotten to put screw back in place and left car dirty from oil. Don't see why i would like to go back there. They overpriced too imo.I'm really dissapointed.
I had taken my car into Bmwillenhall for a timing chain on my 1 series 118D. They had started the work and found that the clutch kit and flywheel was needing replaced as well. I trusted them with this and allowed the work to be done. The work been quoted around 3 days to be done however after having to chase at close of the day on the final day the car was not finished and needed to be worked on and extra day. I collected my car and found that all of a sudden the steering wheel violently shaked when pulling away and accelerating. I had returned home to find that my front bumper was damaged in their workshop. Next day I had emailed and called them to notify of the damage and the shaking. I returned the car to see that they took it on a test drive and said that it was due to the exhaust not having a flexi pipe I accepted this and went on my way to get a flexi added. I got this sorted and immediately found that no difference happened. I had spent an extra £120 for nothing to change. I called them back the next day and said that it had not fixed the issue baring in mind that this vibration had not been there before the works. They took the car in to look at the vibration and take the bumper to respray. At my suprise, I had a phone call that they were going to be charging me £120 for the repair on the bumper as it needed a full respray. I was in shock as they had damaged it I reluctantly paid for the works under protest. I picked up the car the bumper was done but not put correctly back on! The vibration was worse than ever! I will be looking at my legal options as I have tried to contact them about these issues for compensation on the issues however no reply from them. They want to take your money and ignore you afterwards. I'm now worried that my timing chain etc is second hand as second hand parts have been fitted. I have had to take my car to another specialist to rectify some of the issues at my expense. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!
My experience with BM Willenhall Wolverhampton was extremely frustrating. They had my car for over 4 months, and even after all that time, they couldn't completely fix the problem. Had to take it to another garage, for them to tell me BM Willenhall made a complete mess of my wiring system. Then to make matters worse, when I finally got my car back, I noticed scratches on the side and damaged leather on the steering wheel and also damage to inter trims and under panels snapped Throughout the entire ordeal, their communication was abysmal. I was constantly chasing them for updates, and they hardly ever bothered to get back to me. Overall, the lack of communication and poor customer service made this whole experience incredibly stressful cow boys acting as professionals think twice before using these guys
Called BMWILLENHALL after I had a last minute cancellation at another garage. Professional from start to finish, they educated me on what to look out for with service parts and even went through the full heath check. I have really been impressed by their service and confidence they have filled me with re: my vehicle. I had a major service with all OE parts, service updated on my key and the BMW aftersales platforms and all competitively priced compared to alot of local specialists who also stated they wouldn't be able to update the key or service history. I will happily travel the 70 odd miles when my car requires anything else. Thanks to Roop and the team!
Couldn't speak highly enough about these guys. I had an issue with the convertible top of my roof, i had been messed around by other so called BMW specialists even made to order parts i didnt need and in the end left the car with these guys. Roof is back in full working condition, great work and customer service.
Our paths collided after another garage could not repair my car. The lads at BMWillenhall were very welcoming and very polite. Looks like they've sorted out the problems with my car at a reasonable cost and only time will tell. So far so good. 6/5/22 Oil leak to be investigated will contact them today as EML has been intermittent over this month.
Great customer service and very knowledgable. Had my timing chain recently done due to excessive rattling in engine bay. Spoke constantly with the owner who kept me informed what needed to be done. One or two parts shattered surround my timing chain and even stayed in touch with the AA for me who I have parts cover with. Very reasonably priced for work carried out. Expected the car to be there over a week dropped it off Thursday collected the Monday all done. Great service. Already rebooked for my brakes to be done.
