Great service from certified Remap’s.I travelled a hour each way just because I’ve heard good things about their work and I wasn’t disappointed.These lads know exactly what they are doing and they treat customers like family.You don’t find many places like this no more.I would 100% this place and be returning customer from now on.
I’ve dropped off my BMW for a timing chain change back in January 2024. They advised me that the job was supposed to take 2-3 days but ended up taking 3 weeks (only positive thing about this experience was that I was given a “courtesy” car to use after day 3) When I got my car back it had so many rattling sounds (which I had to go get fixed somewhere else) and there was also oil leaking from the engine. Some 7-8months later my car broke down and I took the car back to this garage with some issues related with the job they did on the car. I was advised this would take a few days and it ended up taking close to two weeks - at this point I wasn’t surprised because of my previous experience with these guys. As I’m writing this review now I’m dealing with a problem, which I have no doubt was caused by these guys. Basically since I took my car to these guys it hasn’t been the same and this has left me £3000 broke. BE VIGILANT WHEN DEALING WITH THESE GUYS.
Top job from Ali and the team here at certified... They have our companies Contract for vehicle repairs. I broke down yesterday and was recovered off the motorway back to certified... They open at 10am and by 11.30 i was back in the van heading up to Preston... A simple fix on a fuel line but diagnosed / repaired and back on the road with a super fast turn around... They have also rebuilt engines / replaced injectors for us and much more... These guys really know about vehicles have the latest tech to diagnose and fault find and Betsy if all get the job done !! Thanks guys... Great job yesterday for me.
Went in Monday for a stage 2 to see what parts I needed n how much it would cost , I'm currently stage 1 but they did a check on my car and several errors came up my car was in limp mode several parts needed to be replaced , he told me I'm probably losing around 30% power because of the problems stage 2 wouldn't even be an option at this point so I had all the parts that were broke or faulty replaced had a full service and health car check , these guys know there TFSI engines they sorted it all out showed me all the old parts and when I drove the car after so much more power when it wasn't in limp mode and I didn't even know it was , all the new parts completely different car without any tuning just general maintenance and knowledge of the engine , will be going back soon for my stage 2 100% recommend these guys. Go get that certified treatment.
Been coming to Certified remaps for years, I’ve recently had my Range Rover remapped with the team and I can honestly say, my car drives so much better. Always very helpful and reliable staff! Can’t recommend enough
The Certified team are just fantastic. Patiently mapped my M5 2 years ago to 670bhp. It’s been untouchable ever since. It recently developed rough idle issue (not related to the map). Main dealer could not solve it... Ali and his team worked through it methodically .... replaced injectors and coils... then re-tuned it and it’s now running more power more smoothly than ever before. He then also did an oil service as part of the work and saved me over £150. God bless these guys. Highly recommend. He’s done 3 cars for us in total & all run great.
I've used Certified Remaps before on my 4 series BMW so I didn't hesitate to use them again on my Mercedes. Ali (the owner) is a very professional and knowledgeable guy. These guys wont just put any old map onto your car,after a full diagnostic check the maps are tailored to your vehicle. My Merc is now very responsive and smooth,but has plenty of power when you want it. If you want a quality reliable map I highly recommend these guys. Top Top work !!! Thankyou
