   never received my parcel. Left numerous emails and voicemails and then eventually answered me on instagram. I was told they put in a post office claim and it would take 2 weeks. After 3 weeks i have called, emailed and messaged on instagram with no response I’m furious i would never recommend this company. Customer service is an absolute disgrace. I have lost over 70 pounds on a dress i have not received. Warning do not order of this company

   Bought 2 dresses and unfortunately didn’t fit my girls well. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful in assisting with a full refund for the dresses. Great customer service.

   Ordering & deliveries spot on, but returning an item not being refunded or exchanged an item, shocking no proof as to why they made that decision. No correspence from them. A disgrace of a company. Steer clear plenty more boutiques that sell the same items & more friendly happy to help attitude too.

   Ordered three items. No dispatch notice or any form of communication. All emails completely ignored. No sign of parcel after two weeks. Finally had a response via Instagram to say I’d been refunded and blaming Royal Mail. Don’t believe it was even sent in the first place. Awful customer service. Don’t ignore your customers.

   I have ordered of this boutique a few times now. I have never had any problems, they have great customer service. I contacted by email about my recent order as i made a mistake with dates i went into panic mode. i got a quick response resuring me that they will get parcel sent out ASAP. Also one dress I ordered was no longer in Stock so they give me a refund. I have had regular updates about parcel being dispatched and out for delivery. I just wished they still had the shop because I would be in there all the time
