Had an issue regarding the engine management light on my Citroën Dispatch. The reason was quickly identified and the fault was cleared. Great service from start to finish. Would highly recommend this garage.
These guys are brilliant! Very friendly and welcoming. Anything you ask they will do their best nothing is too much for them. Customer service is A* and they will explain the work they have done if you want to and show you bits they have taken off your not treated like an idiot. That all helps when it comes to paying as you’ve seen/been explained what’s been done. Excellent staff, excellent service and very knowledgeable! Thanks for all your work :)
I am not very trusting of garages from previous bad experiences, however ACL in Stourbridge have restored my faith in car garages who really want to help you. I have recently moved areas and needed a garage to support all of my car servicing needs. The team at ACL have been amazing. They are good value for money, always friendly, available if you need them and a nice bunch of genuine people. My wife's car had an electrical fault the week before Christmas. Fiat wanted to charge double what these guys did. They were professional while being very human and understanding. They squeezed us in and got it sorted supr fast. I can't fault the place.

After my first time car taken here from recommendation for a clutch/flywheel change. Carried out to a very high standard. Very trustworthy and honest Ev. en dealerships should send there guys down here for training. My always go garage now.

They ensured my car would be ready the same day and worked 2hrs past closing time to fulfill their promise, can't say that about many places.
