   First time using this branch today (long lane Halesowen) I was dealt with by a gentleman who’s name I forgot, so sorry it’s the medication, but he usually staffs the Bearwood branch, so that should help. Anyway, what a difference with the way I was treated today, after sitting at the north field branch for nearly 3 hours and driving away without even being dealt with and no appointment made, nor even having my tyres even looked at, for once I was treated like a human being, the guy came outside checked my tyres over and immediately realised I was extremely close to the minimum legal limit. He did the bare minimum I would have asked for which was to quickly visually check them over and see if they needed to be replaced and then if so book me in for replacements. This is exactly what he did, he realised they needed attention, ordered the items needed and got me booked in for this afternoon. I have no issues with a company being busy, I have no issues with having to wait my turn and wait if I’m being fitted in, but I don’t expect to sit around for nearly three hours, be ignored and then be expected to return and sit around again hoping someone will eventually take a look and book me in for an appointment. The puncture not being fitted in, I have no issue with, but the issue I do have is waiting around with no interaction, no occasional update or at the bare minimum to just come out, take a look at the tyres and tell me they needed replacing and then book me in for another date and time so I can leave. Surely it’s not the practice to leave customers sitting outside for 3 hours and expect them to leave and come back and leave and come back in the hope they will eventually take a look is crazy. Anyway no harm done, in the end I was dealt with by a professional employee, he dealt with me extremely efficiently, and he will be doing all the jobs needed this afternoon, and it’s quite a long list that needs doing, I’m extremely grateful to him for taking the time to do what was needed to make sure my car is kept in a safe working and road legal condition. All I can say to him is, thanks for not being judgemental about you know what, and thank you for taking the time to treat me respectfully, I will be coming to your branch in Bearwood from now on and I will be recommending you and your branch to all my friends and family in the future. Honestly if I could give a higher rating I would, I hope head office see this review and they give you the pat on the back that you so well deserve, and I also don’t want to forget to mention the other lad that was working there today, your personality and manners were impeccable and you certainly know how to represent your company, I know this review probably seems over the top, but if you knew how me and my partner had been treated and spoken too by employees of this company over the last 18 months you would understand my need for giving credit where it’s due and the need for this review.

   Awesome experience. Thanks to Adrian Cradock, the centre manager, who kept me posted during the work. I went in thinking that I needed a complete exhaust change and he informed me that the Catalytic converter didn't need changing and saved me a few hundred quid. He also pointed out that both my rear springs had broken and offered to do the work on the spot instead of making another appointment. Car drives lovely now. What a difference! I would certainly recommend this Halesowen branch to anyone. Just to add that I had a return visit for a different issue, as I had such a good experience last time. Made an appointment and left my car with Tom and the team. I could hear my brakes grinding. I needed all 4 brake disks and pads replacing. Tom called me and explained what needed doing before starting the job. All done by the afternoon. Gave me a safety brief too before I drove off, as new pads and disks need to bed in for a hundred miles or so. Also gave me a health check and showed me that a tyre would need to be replaced soon due to depth of tread. A great job all round. Thanks very much!

   Had a blow out on the M5 and called assistance who got me mobile. Called Kwikfit to see if they had the right tyre in stock, which they did, and they said to come in and get it changed, which I did. Greeted me politely booked my car in and said it would be about half-an-hour, which it was. Put me ahead of some booked jobs. Great service, very pleased.

   Friendly tyre fitters. No appointment is required. Just turn up & wait. Can get extremely busy at certain times. Premises clean & tidy. They did a puncture at short notice & did a great job. Warm office on a very cold day.

   Can’t fault any of the mechanics! Always willing to go the extra mile when it is needed! Always take my cars here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team have always been on hand when i have needed them. Can’t recommend kwik fit enough! A massive thank you for always sorting being able to sort our cars out, even at the last minute!

   Excellent service, took my car here for an MOT and it was taken in right on time and returned within the hour. Staff friendly and professional and the waiting area was clean and tidy with plenty of seating. No issues with my car but I did hear staff explaining issues to other customers in a clear manner without using technical jargon.

   Pulled into Kwik fit 30 minutes before they shut on Sunday, with an unexpected flat tyre that ruined the tyre wall completely! Patrick was very helpful and welcoming to sort this out for us immediately. We was back to our journey in less than 30 minutes! Brilliant service that couldn’t be any better in a time of need!

   Everything was fine till Front wheel alignment as check was free I talked but then been told that front is slightly out so they charge me £65 for it the job take 5min. Later on I check how much is front wheel alignment most garages take £30-35. The other thing they delayed my appointment by day, we agreed 3pm when arrive asked me to wait 1h as they have another car.
