   I'd considered the options of improving my two VW vehicles performance for some time, uncertain as to what route is best to choose. I'd considered 'plug in' remapping units, as some of the general YouTube remapping testimonials seemed mixed as to whether it made any difference and/or damaged your engine into the bargain. I was fortunate not only to find what I consider to be a superb and sensibly priced remapping service, but also a safe one. Add to this the fact that Halesowen Engine Remapping were local to me... it all looked great and indeed it was. I first e-mailed 'Jeremy' who responded swiftly. We then spoke on the telephone, he answering all of my questions and concerns, both fully and honestly. I chose to have both my vehicles done at the same time. Come the day of install, Jeremy arrived punctually and started work immediately. He endured a problem removing the ECU on one of my vehicles, but insisted on doing so as that particular vehicle warned against reprogramming via the under dash socket. The whole process took around two and three quarter hours, 45 minutes longer than scheduled, due to the ECU removal issue. Once completed, Jeremy suggested we tested both vehicles to see what, if any, improvement was experienced. WOW ! and how... my little 900cc VW Up! flew up a steep hill incline that it had struggled to achieve since I bought the car 4 years ago. Everything felt sharper, more responsive, smoother and of course quicker. I see now all the benefits of remapping, not just the power increase, the overall driving experience has improved. I was issued with a full warranty on the work undertaken and told that if, for any reason, I was unhappy with the service, Jeremy would come back and remove the remap, issuing a full refund. That was truly impressive, but absolutely not required as my two VW's are now tuned to perfection. I'd highly recommend Jeremy at Halesowen Engine Remapping, he is most courteous, friendly, attentive and absolutely professional in every aspect of his work. I'm so pleased that he's turned my little 'Del Boy Van' into a 'Capri Ghia' ....Lovely Jubbly

   Jeremy has remapped my Mercedes A200d from 133bhp to 175bhp and 300Nm torque to 390Nm. The remap has gone beyond my expectations, the car pulls much better and feels smoother and more progressive. Booking was easy, communications were responsive and everything went exactly according to schedule. A first class service, highly tailored to your requirements and highly recommended.
