   Was about to go out for the day when the wipers stopped working. As it was raining i didn't want to drive far without wipers so stopped here. I asked the man if he could change the fuse as that had happened before with the fuses in this car. He did after us telling him which one it was and the ampage. He then went on to charge me £20. To change a fuse!!!! Feel ripped off doesnt even come close. Should have been less than £5 for fuse and a 2 minute job. You have lost a customer from your greed. Disgusting!!

   I’ve used this garage/service centre for around 6/7 years with numerous cars I’ve owned. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Brent is an awesome mechanic as well as person. He has always been accommodating where he can fit my job in, and gets the job done when he says. If you are in search for a garage that you can trust. Stourbridge service centre is your place!

   I wouldn't bother coming here unless You like being ripped Off!! Came here with a fault - VW Golf misfire. Told the chap i knew what fault was (needed new plugs and coil pack was cracked) / insisted he had to put it on diagnostics Machine at a cost of around £25 to find out himself even though i told him the fault. Turned out i was right! Charged stupid high labour charges for changing plugs and what i thought was coil pack. He even commented about the cracked coil pack and then said replaced it. Fault came back today. So i changed them myself and lo and behold the same coil pack still in engine - the one with the crack! i thought garages like this were a thing of the past! Thank god for YouTube - save yourselves money and do the jobs yourself, the satisfaction of not giving dodgy garages like this your hard earned money is well worth the investment in your own tools ( cost hardly anything these days )
