   Maxton got me booked in for the fitment of my pre-ordered body kit within a couple of days of placing my order. I arrived at the Leeds base at the advised time and was made to feel welcome from the point I got there until the time I left. The team mocked up the body kit parts and showed me what they would look like prior to fitting by holding them in place on my car, to ensure I was happy before anything was fixed in place. Waiting area was comfortable with free coffee, fizzy drinks and water, as well as a driving game to pass the time. Will definitely return and recommend Maxton to friends and anyone looking to make their car look better than factory made, plus I got a free Maxton calendar and cleaning kit as a thanks from the team.

   If you're on the fence thinking about buying their products, or even considering going elsewhere, stop right there! From start to finish, these guys have been incredible. Hopefully the images speak for themselves, but the level of service and value here is next level. I had an issue with a third-party company that sent an incorrect side skirt, and Jason and the team handled everything with a level of care that's beyond any company I've dealt with in the past. To top it off, they made a swift correction without charging anything extra. Really appreciate you guys, I'll definitely be using you again.

   Photos and description, accurately describe the product and the buying process was quick and efficient, it also arrive fast. I took it to a body shop that fit the valance and they mentioned that some of the screw holes didn't line up and they had to improvise to get it secure. Other than that, a fantastic product, will be buying from there in the future.

   Disappointing experience and lack of customer care. I've recently made two purchases from maxton. The first being a front splitter, side skirts and rear diffuser. These items arrived without any instructions and one of the parts had bolts missing which meant I had to go to wickes to buy more. I was told instructions were available on their website however they did not account for the street pro kit or my diffifuser. I was then given the details of local fitters who would be able to assist. I contacted 4 of these and all stated they had no knowledge of my kit or they no longer fitted kits. Thankfully I sorted this myself with an independent garage This month I purchased a spoiler extension. To my surprise there was one for my vehicle in the clearance section which stated that it was grade A condition and just had some protective film missing. Great I thought, I can love with that for a discounted price. Unfortunately when the item arrived I immediately found that the product had already been fitted to someone's vehicle and even still had masking tape attached where they had lined it up. I then noticed that the original 3m tape had been used and a load of new tape had been bodged over the top. For a product that has supposedly been designed to fit perfectly shoving more tape on top of old used stuff immediately changes the way the product fits. Further more after lining the product up with my vehicle it was immediately clear the product was warped. I'm not sure whether this was from the factory or caused by the previous owner when they had fitted it possibly with a heat gun. I contacted maxton and although received an apology they made no attempt to refund my postage. Overall that's £20 down the drain and a lot of time wasted. I won't be using them again. I dread to think that some poor soul will be sold this spoiler extention again and have the same issues Pictures attached

   Brilliant products, excellent service and super quick delivery all for a reasonable price. I have purchased the V2 front splitter, side skirts and lip extension spoiler all of which fit perfectly and were easy to fit. Definitely recommend Maxton Design.
