   *****AVOID***** I strongly advise avoiding this seller at all costs. After purchasing brake pads and discs, I noticed my car started shaking, which clearly indicated poor quality. When I returned both the front and rear kits, the seller only refunded me for the front ones, despite the rear ones also being faulty. The seller falsely claimed that only the front kits were defective, but the truth is, I returned everything due to the overall poor quality and didn’t want to waste any more time and money figuring out which part was causing the issue. The seller intentionally stalled, knowing that the time for an eBay dispute was running out. They claimed they were waiting for an answer from the supplier, but it seemed like they were just trying to drag out the process until I couldn’t file a complaint through eBay. When I called for updates, they were rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. I had to pay £550 in total with the labour, £200 for the rear brake kits which they didn’t refund, plus £300 wasted in labor to replace them. I also had to leave my car in the garage for an extra day to install the new discs. The seller only refunded me for the front discs, meaning I wasted money on the rear ones, the labor, and additional time. Their customer service was appalling, and they clearly acted in bad faith to avoid addressing the issue. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying from this seller, as they have no respect for customers and will not take responsibility for the faulty products they sell.

   I did looked for Brembo discs and pads for a friend car that needed the full set as the product appeared with 4 discs and the brembo boxes for the pads I thought that the set was all Brembo as the price I similar to the split set front and rear, wanted to save time as I was in a hurry I suggested the set to said friend only to then discover they will send you brembo pads but discs of much inferior quality (20£) a piece on ebay. Never buy from them as this is a commercial scam using brembo name so that it appears in browse searches and putting brembo brand in the picture taking advantage that you are possibly in a hurry like me made them a way bigger profit while I'm having to feel sorry because my friend got caught in the middle and spent way too much for the quality received...I have started reporting every single item they post this way in ebay or they will stop the practice or they will grow one of the worst reputation in the market...

   Dangerous fake imported parts, shock absorber snapped in two after two days almost killing my family! Do not use this company if you love your family. They expected me to pay for another one of there dangerous shocks, pay to have the failed one removed and pay to have the new dangerous one fitted. Court proceedings now happening against this rogue trader, trading standards investigating them, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
