Have had a great experience with both Floyd and Elizabeth here! They are both very knowledgeable and clearly have a passion for these Renaultsports! I can’t thank them both enough for the work they have put in for me! I went in for a major engine service on my Twingo 2RS and I had great customer service, yes the job was technically supposed to be same day but they were running a bit behind so they kept the car overnight and got it done the next day. They understood that I needed a vehicle for work so they were able to loan me a car which they didn’t HAVE to do so I appreciate it! I can’t recommend them enough the knowledge Floyd has is amazing! And the customer service that Elizabeth provided me was next to none, have never been treated better when it comes to any garage! I will definitely be coming back for more work in the future! Excellent service and mechanical skills from Floyd at K-Tec. Initially, I had an engine start problem which was diagnosed and fixed really quickly when other garages had failed. I then had cambelt service plus some nice upgrades/remap added to my car with a new fast road suspension set up. All throughout the process I had superb communication and advice on the best parts. Floyd went above and beyond to get my car ready for a deadline and I can’t thank him enough. I’m extremely happy with my Megane RS and highly recommend K-Tec Wolverhampton.

His knowledge of the sporty Renaults is second to none and for this reason there was only one place for me to choose when needing specialist work doing on my car. Fast, efficient, professional service. I will definitely take my car back for any major work in future even though I live in Lancashire and K-Tec is in the midlands.

Took my car to Floyd at ktec midlands - any Renault enthusiast is going to know about ktec, but with that said Floyd helped out a great deal when it came to warranty coverage, whilst giving me regular updates and advice on modifications, maintenance and progress. Will definitely be using ktec again in the future and would like to thank Floyd for all his hard work and getting my clio r27 shifting buttery smooth once again!
Massive thanks to Floyd at Ktec Midlands took my 200 supercharged Clio in to be sorted out after a not so good experience with another garage Floyd sorted all the issues and got the car to where it needed to be.
