Had a great shopping experience today. Was warmly welcomed upon entering the store and one of the staff members asked if I needed any help. I received great advice for a present and left the store very happy with my purchase. I would recommend as the clothes are very good quality.
Awful customer service! Staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I was the only one in the store but was not greeted when I entered nor offered any help whilst I was browsing. Not even a thank you when I made a purchase. I also had a pushchair and the staff just watched me struggle to open the door when I was leaving, not even offering to hold the door. Absolutely shocking for a brand wanting to be known for its customer service and quality of service!
Not unfriendly just no concept of selling. And yet people walking in there are not browsing: they are there to buy a gift that needs to be bought. I have always left the store empty-handed! Last month I was flatly told the toy I was interested in simply wouldn’t be ready before Xmas. And that was that. Yet I ordered it there and then, with personalisation, on my phone, and it arrived, with the child’s name on it, in plenty of time.
We showed up at 9am but the store was still closed! We waited for half an hour but the ladies ignored us... Not impressed at all…

Helpful staff. Good range of kids and toddler clothes. Unfortunately, nursing equipment and accessories are of limited range and most still have to be ordered online.
My review is based on the service I received at the now closed Temple Fortune branch. The staff were very helpful as I didn't have a scooby do what I was looking for. The range was extensive but eventually with help, I managed to find the perfect clothes. They gift wrapped it too. As a result, I used to go on to the Temple Fortune branch regularly and I am sure that everyone involved with West Hampstead branch are just as helpful.
