   Absolutely brilliant!!! Couldn't open my petrol flap, bare in mind my car has no pull cord in the boot, had to take wheel arch off, they sorted it fast and efficiently! Brilliant price, amazing customer service, talking though things with me! Thank you so much!!

   If I could give this garage negative stars, I would. Bobby was incredibly rude. We left our car there after it broke down and decided to move it elsewhere because: A) Their communication was shockingly poor, and they barely got back to us. B) They completely cracked the front of our car. I’m generally very laid-back, and I understand the car already had some scratches, so if they had caused a minor one, I might have let it slide. But the front was completely cracked, and they outright denied responsibility. Bobby then had the audacity to shout at me in front of my two toddlers, which I found completely unacceptable. He even accused us of trying to get something out of him, which is ridiculous. We had no intention of letting them touch our car again. A simple apology or some form of acknowledgment would have gone a long way, but instead, he accused us of lying. This kind of behavior is appalling. Avoid this garage at all costs—they have no pride in their work and no respect for their customers.

   I have had my first encounter with this garage after needing an MOT asap. Bobby was very accommodating, offering to help on a Saturday afternoon. His manner puts you at ease; he offered me a cup of tea while waiting for the MOT. You can sense that he genuinely cares about his clients and treats them with respect.
