This is the first time I have used the services at BTS garage. The communication throughout and the service given was exceptional. The ladies in reception were so lovely and welcoming. My car looked and smelt lovely too. Will most definitely be using again .Thank you very much .
Excellent service from the Team at BTS Garage. I only gave them very short notice of what needed doing to my vehicle, but they got me in and completed the work within the day, allowing me to collect my vehicle when I needed it. Very well done to the BTS Team.
Excellent service after we was dropped in it by a nationwide group. Receptionist was brilliant and the mechanic I spoke to knew exactly what he was talking about which gave us confidence in their service. We had an issue which would cause us major problems when I arrived there this morning, by the end of the day we was back up and working again. Would gladly recommend BTS Garage. These guys are amazing. They knew we were due to go away on holiday and pulled out all the stops to make sure it was ready. We was kept up to date with the progress of our vehicle and no work was carried out until we knew what the price was and exactly what we was paying for.
