   First time using TLC Ford , they took care of our Ford Fendt motorhome whilst repairs were undertaken ,( mot work) courtesy phone calls advising on cost & parts & when repairs were completed very good service and fair prices , will be using again when the need arises .    2 times messed me about with appointments and parts, over charge on the labour and parts even missed off a part of the engine which i had to go back and get. Sadly won't be using them again shame really is.

   Been there twice literally been in/out within minutes. The team are helpful, direct to the point, seem friendly too. I had a problem with my window switch and with the bonnet lock release. The same man served me twice, if I knew his name I'd give him a shout out! Great team though thank you all very much x

   COWBOYS who just take your money took my van in for oil leak paid £800 to have engine out & reapair oil leak picked van up a week later nxt day noticed oil leak took it back thay WANTED ANOTHER £800 to take engine out and fix oil leak again TALK ABOUT PAYING FOR JOB TWICE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. STAY AWAY

   I have used TLC before when the lock on my bonnet broke but I wasn't sure whether they would be able to resolve my electrical issue, an internal wire had snapped when changing a light bulb, but they repaired the wire in about 20 mins. Very happy with speed and service.

   Had issues with starting, told them that another garage changed the fuel filter. I was told injectors would be tested. Had to phone them 2 days later, was told the fuel filter was replaced without authorisation. Go somewhere else that won't just take your money
