   A big thanks to Guri and the entire team at A1 Clutches Tipton. Needed a new clutch, flywheel and slave cylinder on my S3. Was quoted a fair price for the work required. The job was completed a day earlier than expected as well! Was pleasantly surprised to receive a WhatsApp video showing the condition of my failing components. Seriously a nice touch. Picked the car up, night and day difference. Money well spent, great people, would definitely recommend. Many thanks!

   After reading some of these reviews which have been bad, I was a bit cautious going here. But for anyone reading this, ignore those poor reviews entirely because I believe them to be inaccurate and malicious. A1 Clutches have been fantastic, from the initial phone call query right up until to picking up my vehicle. (I apologise I didn't catch any names) I had to have a new clutch, and from booking in the appointment which was so easy with a simple telephone call, a price issued over the phone which was a fair price, handing over my vehicle and picking up the courtesy car. All of the people I dealt with were fantastic! As they were working on my vehicle, to my surprise as I've never experienced this, I was sent video updates on my vehicle, and phone calls giving me updates. they make everything so simple and the quality of work is brilliant too. I highly rate A1, everything has been a delight (except parting ways with my money lol). If anyone needs any work doing, I'd certainly give A1 a call, I will definitely use them again for any future work I may need. An easy 5 start review. Thank you again guys!

   Excellent service, videos of progress and constant updates. In the end a job that was expected Wednesday was able bumped up and completed by Monday lunchtime due to a good bit of luck and good customer care. I was recommended this place by an AA patrol after the slave cylinder failed on my clutch. Good call!

   Before work has even started I already feel that A1 Clutches are fair and honest. Customer service experience to now is excellent. Phone calls to say that they could get my car in sooner , show commitment to try and get people moving again. Im sure I will be following this up with a 5 star once the work is done.

   Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Paid £2360 for clutch and tighten gear selectors that they advised to do. Came to collect van paid at reception. To get to the drivers to to see it's been smashed up and poorly fixed. Spoke to them and they tried to said the van had been took in like that..when infact it was in a good condition. As only had the van 6 months or so. The damage is severe. The door don't even close properly, I now have a van that's got to been taken to a garage for a inspection and repair. Unfortunately it seems there could be worse damage underneath to chassis. Very rude on the phone. Refused to look and send proof of cctv... trying everything to cover up the damage and accident. Very Very bad behaviour when they call themselves a good company. Fingers crossed the vans not a right off! Stay clear from this company

   Took my 64 plate Mini Cooper for a gearbox repair, initially popping out of 1st gear. Rick was super helpful, told us that 1st and 2nd gear cogs were shot, clutch and dual mast were also worn. This was shown by video evidence that was sent across. At no fault of his own, he did have my car for over a week due to order issues, but communication was great, and now drives like a dream! Thank you so much A1 Tipton, you've been amazing!

   Toyota Yaris 1.8 SR - clutch replacement. A1 Clutches provided an excellent service at a great price. The car feels so much better now! If your clutch has become heavy and its starting to drag, its likely time for a new one and I highly recommend these guys. They also offer a free multi-stage check-up over a series of mileage points, once they source and fit your new clutch, for piece of mind. I would definitely use these guys again and I'll be recommending them to friends and family!
