I took my MX5 in to DFTR today so they could fit Jass seat lowering rails that I'd bought off Ebay. Adam did a great job - hassle free (-which I know it wouldn't have been if I'd tried to do it myself!) Took them about an hour and at a very reasonable price. The car feels so much better to drive so if you're an mx5 owner over 6ft (-or put off by lack of headroom) then definitely a game changer. Very glad to have found DFT and will certainly use if and when I need anything doing on car in future. Thoroughly recommend. Thanks guys.
Brought my MX5 NB in for the usual rusted sill and arch issues. Excellent standard of repair work done and kept well informed with photo as the job progressed. Highly recommended by many in the MX5 Owners Club. Will definitely use again with other vehicles and I highly recommend.
Great service and professionalism from Adam and Dean at DFTR. Bought my MX5 2 weeks ago and Adam told me the exhaust was leaking from a gasket. They repaired it in a day and fixed a load of other things that was wrong with the car! 5* service and I will be definitely returning to them for any repairs/maintenance.
Well I have recently had my MX5 NB timing belt and tensioners with water pump replaced and rocker cover seal done … These guys are brilliant Adam and Co where fantastic !! First time I have used them and all I can say is I wished I used DFTR the last 4 years !!! Amazing job !! The cars running smoothly and I can tell a pro for MX5 has done this … more then helpful and also have great knowledge of MX5s…. Well done and hope to see you gentlemen next time !!!
Had my MK2.5 front chassis rails done here recently. The difference is night & day - the front of the chassis feels so much more solid and confidence inspiring. I got regular updates and photos (attached) so you can see every stage of the work. Pricing was very reasonable and the standard of the work is incredible. Thanks guys and will definitely be back for any MX5-related work.
Went with a friend to get her MX5 chassis rails redone. They said the rails were the worst they'd seen for a while. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price, and offered advice on how to prevent/reduce rust in the future (waxoil everywhere). Very happy, would recommend. They also took photos of the work they've done (attached), so you can see what they've actually done. Great work.
