    Had my 2.0ltr biturbo insignia off the road since march 2025 due to loss of power and going into limp mode. It was at a garage for 7 months, having numerous parts replaced which did not resolve the issue. Sent it to vaux tech who diagnosed a crank shaft out of alignment.. Which they then fixed.. This has resulted in my insignia being back on the road and i am super happy with the service and professionalism that has been provided by vaux tech.. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone.     I had a problem with a lean fuel mixture on my Astra 1.6 Turbo. I went to a vauxhall main dealer and was told that there was a £150 diagnostic charge, which I thought this was very expensive. I then found Vaux Tech spoke to the lads who were very knowledgeable and experienced and explained the options available to me. They changed the valve inside the rocker box at a fraction of the price that Vauxhall would have charged. I would recommend Vaux Tech to all Vauxhall owners to use them.

    The garage we have been using for a few years now told us they could not fix the power & fan issues on our car. Luckily found this garage & all problems fixed & car picked up working perfectly in less than 48hrs. One bit of advice I would give is to try & book your car in a week or 2 in advance…a quality tradesman is a very busy tradesman. Absolutely recommend…nice genuine guys, knowledgeable, use genuine parts & quick to diagnose & fix issues.

    After months of visiting garage after garage, Vaux Tec was able to diagnose the issue within 5 minutes of arriving at the site. The faulty EVAP solenoid was replaced and diagnosis of a worn shock absorber was completed within 2 hours. Vaux Tec explained the issue in detail and at a level I could understand. I will be using their services in future regarding any issues with my Vauxhall.

    Thank you Andy and Liam. Vauxhall Insignia diesel, coolant leak. After taking the car to 2 independent garages used by me and my family for many years, I was told that the job was too specialised for them. The diagnosis offered was contradictory and estimated repair cost scary! At least my regular garage suggested I contact Vaux Tec. I'm so pleased I did. They cured the leak by replacing the inlet manifold gasket, at a lower than expected cost. When collecting the car Andy took the time to show me a photo of dismantled engine and evidence of the leak. He also gave me advice of possible future problems and actions I could take now to help avoid them. A big plus to deal directly with the guys that do the work. I found the best time to contact them is near the start and end of the day. Great job guys. I wish you continued success. Pete

    Well what can i say these guys are life savers and dont cost you the earth like the dealers. I went to Vaux Tech because my side lights was flashing on and off with no key to the point i got intouch with Vauxhall Dealership, and they quoted me £90 to plug a machine in and then an additional £255 if they could not find the fault. Which i was disgusted and asked around, but luckily my mate said try Vaux Tech brierly hill mark they dealership level and do not cost an arm and leg. So i phoned up spoke to Andy who fantasticly told me come down in couple of days which was great but on arrival i apologised i was a little late due to traffic and i live 1hour 20mins which they didnt mind i was late, Andy had my car for 20 30mins and came across the problem and just like that 30min job cost me a small fee which was half of vauxhalls first price. But mind at rest i was exspecting to replace the BCM at £600 - £700 but thanks to Andy he knew exsactly what to look at and what to do and only charged me £50. Thank you Vaux Tech LTD. Will be back in future when i need work doing well worth the drive. And now my lights stay off!

    I had taken my 1.7 diesal astra to a load of mechanics when the engine management light came on and it went into limp mode. I found these guys and the customer service was beyond amazing, after a brief diagnostic they found out it was a faulty fuel injector, they booked me in within days and ever since then my car has done an additional 5000 miles and no problems whats so ever. For the fraction of the price of dealerships and high quality workmanship, you have to visit this amazing team with any issues!
