    Started using their service this year. Honest and good prices. Went back with another few jobs over £850 worth but booked in with a squeeling brake issue, 9-10am diagnostic appointment had it all day and they'd just cleaned and regreased the front calipers. Problem soon came back, rebooked via online 9-10am diagnostic appointment specifying how long in to a journey the brakes squeeled, that it went away when turning and updating them what they'd already done. When I dropped it off the second time I told them there was also heat in the OSR wheel. They said it wasn't worth waiting with the car. I called them at 1645 to be told the front calipers had been cleaned up again but they hadn't received the information about the warm rear wheel from the receptionist that had now gone home. When I collected the car I expressed that it had been in for 2 full days with the problem still unresolved and could it be booked in in 2 days time. He said no without any further comment on when they could get me booked in and carried on looking through paperwork. He was uninterested. I said has the boss gone home and he said "I am a manager" I paused for a few seconds and said "I'll leave it at that then" he said "ok" and let me walk out the door disappointed with what is obviously poor service. 2 full days of mine wasted.

    Really pleased with pick up and drop off. They were really good with mot adviseing me about car parts that I need to keep an eye on. Had to phone JJ about recommendations and he put my mind at rest. Very helpful. Used this company for a few years and never had a problem.

    Excellent service. Dropped the car in for MOT a few hours early to make my day easier, and with no expectation of work being done earlier, but it was done and call to let me know well ahead of time. Little advisory, so car was kept in and work done next day. Again good communication to let me know when ready and what was done and all for a very good price. Cannot fault them. (This is 3rd MOT they’ve done and same service each time)

    I had a full service with Stourbridge MOT on 31/10/22. On 31/12/22 my car started misfiring and after having a diagnostic check i was told that the car was periodically misfiring in cylinders 2/4. The spark plugs were removed to check the condition and it was clear that they were corroded and well worn. Stourbridge MOT ticked the paperwork to say they had REPLACED them at my service. I went down to ask them why this was ticked as replaced when they clearly were not. I was told they do not need replacing until 120,000 miles. I said why have you ticked to say you have replaced them then? “Oh that’s just an error on our part. Sorry about that.” So I ask, what else hasn’t been done and has been ticked in error??? These plugs are in a terrible condition. I have gone to another garage and they said even though strictly speaking they don’t HAVE to be changed, they would have changed them in that condition as they clearly NEED replacing!! This company are very good at admitting their mistakes and apologising. Part of the Good Garage Scheme??!! Well I’ll be making a complaint for sure and I recommend anyone else unhappy with them do too. Maybe a few secret customer visits might help their customer service!! Oh and don’t bother with your aggressive “lip service“ response. You know I’m right. You could’ve picked my car up and parked outside your garage for half a day for all I know! I have no idea what was or wasn’t done to my car when you tick to say you’ve done work you clearly haven’t done!!! Oh and don’t offer for me to contact you or come in and discuss it as I tried that and where did that get me?? All you did was keep saying we make mistakes. Another customer lost….. but clearly, you don’t seem to care about that either. You might have good reviews. But your bad ones are starting to stack up too aren’t they???!

    MOT completed on Monday which passed with an advisory of slight corrosion on exhaust bracket. Thursday, 7 miles later and the back box of exhaust falls off. Phoned garage who advised they would order the part it and call me Friday morning. No phone call Friday and as I was travelling to Heathrow later that day, I called them. Too busy to deal with me but hadn’t told me. Very rude man. DO NOT USE!! The response below says it all. At no point was I aggressive or rude. But it it makes you feel better to place the blame on others other than own the issue, go ahead. I would not return there if you paid me, so asking me not to return is a joke.
