   Avoid this garage if you can. Broke down just off the motorway, thought I was in luck when I phoned and they said they would fix my van. 2 days later, had a hefty bill but was just happy they helped me out as I live in south Wales. 6 weeks later the "new" alternator they fitted stopped working. Took my van to my local garage who then said the part is not even new and was wrong for my van. They wasn't sure if it was a refurbished part or just and old one. £620 I spent in droitwich for then to only take advantage of my situation. When I phoned them they palmed me off saying ford's supplied the part so it's their fault. Asked me to send the alternator up and they would refund me, which they never did.

   I came across this garage by chance recently and have since used them on both my vehicles. They have replaced the cam belt on my VW camper, even collecting and dropping it off which was really helpful. They have also replaced the timing chain on my Range Rover Evoque. This is a time consuming and painful job that a couple of other garages I have previously used didn’t want to go near. James was excellent in all aspects, initially helping move my car from another garage and then keeping me updated at all times. I will definitely keep using them now.

   Used for MOT before and they were fine. Also had issues with my air con and they replaced vent at a good price. Only concern was a car leak they didn’t seem to know how to look at this or weren’t really interested in at looking at. Waited days for a call back on the issue - ended up going else where who fixed the issue straight away which was such a simple thing! It’s a pity this garage didn’t think to lift my boot floor where I said I was concerned this part was leaking as the spare wheel pit was a pond!!! Found the leak myself in the end but disappointed by service.

   Great experience at this garage! So professional and worked on my car so quickly! I had a coolant leak and misfire in my engine and they diagnosed it straight away, was very transparent with me and explained everything. They also dropped my car home for me while I was at work once the car was repaired. The customer service is just brilliant and so glad I took my car here.

   Had a new clutch fitted on the 19 May 2021at a cost of £1189 . 8000 miles later it has gone again . Dropped the car off at the garage end of September 2022 . Three months later they had not even looked at the car so had it towed away. Went back to pick up my keys January 3rd and was told they would get back to me within the week. Four weeks later not heard anything . Finally got my key back 31st January. Four months from initial drop off . Been using this garage for over ten years . WONT BE USING THEM ANYMORE.Appalling Service . Stay Clear

   I was on the motorway and my engine started making some dubious noises. I pulled up here as it was the closest garage and they had a look within 5 minutes, got it fixed in 10 minutes along with oil and coolant top ups. Luckily the actual issue was easy for them to solve and they charged me less than half what I'd have expected for such an amazing service. Great knowledgeable guys working there today :)

   Can’t fault anything with James and his staff! Really good prices and great quality of work carried out. I had a remap done on my Ford Fiesta and it feels like a new car. Brilliant customer service with every aspect of the work carried out on my car! Also able to make use of there payment system as well so I can pay in monthly instalments over 3 months! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for any work needing to be done on there vehicle! Thank you very much!
