   I was recommended this garage by my car insurance due to an accident that was no fault of mine. Long story short they kept fobbing me off saying they were looking for parts for my car from the end of October 2022. Just before Christmas I gave up and sourced a garage myself and by the end of February my car was roadworthy again. This garage cannot communicate if their lives depended on it, I was sick of ringing them and they were sick of me I guess but I just wanted my car back on the road.

   My vehicle went in for pre accident repairs. These guys supposed to be insurance approved and expected a good quality work being carried out on our vehicle but unfortunately these cowboys only care about money and show complete disregard when challenged about the poor work that they have carried out.

   I can’t recommend this company enough. My hire car didn’t turn up they picked my car up from my home address and delivered it back fully repaired within a day. The work was excellent, the staff friendly and professional they went out of their way to sort out the hire cars incompetence. Thank you Kieran and the team.

   Instructed by my insurance company to take my car to this garage. Where do I start with this back street garage……. My car went into this garage on 29/06/2022 and the repairs were finished on 26/07/2022. The car was returned to me with half a job done as if some kids have been working on the car. The car went back the same day (26/07/2022) for some rectification working and nearly 7 weeks later the car is returned back to me with with work still outstanding. All the way through the repairs from 29/06/2022 to 14/09/2022 NO communication what so ever from them, if I ever called for an update and so called JODIE THE PARROT on the reception has said oh I’ll find out and get back to you and guess what no one got back to me, promised me call backs which did not take place. Then we have someone on the name of KIEREN who claims to be the Managing Director of this business but doesn’t even exists on the companies house, called me once or maybe twice and even he didn’t stick to his words, promised me something he would do and then deny it. Advised me that my car would be going to a Main Dealer bodyshop for an inspection, after doing my own research, that particular Main Dealer didn’t have no bodyshop of their own and they outsource their work to an Approved Garage, when questioned KIEREN he didn’t know what to say and he was lost for words. Finally the car is returned and I go down the route of speaking to my insurance company who finally sent out an Engineer who inspected the vehicle, he was shocked to see the level of work which has been carried, the engineer pointed out more things on my car which I didn’t even notice, this goes to show this bodyshop is Insurance Approved. They couldn’t even get the basics right which was to clean off the machine polish dirt.
