   Highly recommend LDC, I was Having alot of trouble with my own Surgery getting an appointment and when I did get an appointment at my own surgery they were wasting time with getting tests done, so I opted to go via LDC as they were recommended by a friend. Also the Dr Bhagat & Dr Yahya were super knowledgable, they listened to what my concerns were & they carried out tests that my own GP did not carry out. Also the communication with the Practice Manager Jose and Rachael were amazing, super fast and informative. They always saw me on time and the surgery is very clean & peaceful waiting area. Fantastic and professional service!

   Such a professional and thorough service as ever from the specialists at the London Diagnostic Centre. I had a consultation with Dr Sonia Dudeja who specialises in menopause and perimenopause care. She helped explain and normalise my symptoms and she also addressed the topic in a really holistic way by talking about lifestyle, stress, time of life etc. She talked about other women’s experiences and the different ways women can choose to manage symptoms, which was incredibly informative and helped set me at ease. I would definitely recommend her service and feel a lot better informed and enabled as a result. Thank you Dr Sonia!

   Appalling Experience – Utterly Unacceptable My experience at The London Diagnostic Centre on 10th March at 7 PM was nothing short of disgraceful. I booked an ultrasound pelvic scan on 7th March with Ms Yasaman, paid £180, and received a confirmation via WhatsApp — only to arrive and find the centre completely shut with all the lights off. With no staff in sight, I had to enter through a GP surgery around the corner, where I was informed that the diagnostic centre staff had already left for the day. No call, no cancellation notice—absolutely no communication whatsoever. I then waited for over 30 minutes, calling the message centre (since their reception is not even on-site), only to be told my details would be passed on. After 40 minutes, a doctor finally called me and vaguely admitted there had been an "unforeseen error," yet couldn’t even explain what that error was. This is completely unacceptable. Patients pay good money and expect a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. Instead, I was treated with utter neglect, incompetence, and a complete lack of accountability. How does a supposedly "top-rated clinic" take payment, confirm an appointment, and then fail to even be open? What if someone had travelled from far away, only to find the staff had gone home early? The sheer lack of organisation and disregard for patients' time and money is shocking. This level of unprofessionalism is inexcusable. If you value your time, money, and basic human decency, avoid this place at all costs.
