Our Thanks go out to Dave for repairing our son's car after a little accident. The car looks like new again and can't wait for the fuse box cover to finish it off.

Recently Moved to the area far from my go to mechanic. My alternator had failed on my volvo xc60 on the way home from work. Jule Motors allowed me to drop the car off and had it repaired and ready to go in less than 30 hours. Great fair prices, great service. I will be back for all works required. Thanks again! I would recommend this garage to anyone in Coven or Brewood!

DO NOT TAKE CAR HERE!! I took my first car here when i was a young lad and the guy tried charging me £1000 to open up the engine and look and find the problem so i refused and took the car to my uncle and he opened up the front and within minutes found that the problem was the corepack which the part costed £60 pound to replace, the owner tried to take advantage so dont take your car here go elsewhere.

Top dollar service without being sold things I didn’t need, Jeff and the team were ace all the way through the repair of my Volvo calling with any hiccups that they came across to keep me in the loop, all while being given a fair price for the work done, even down to showing the broken bolts that had to be removed and replaced. Will definitely be returning with any future issues. Many thanks again, Ben

Dave did some emergency bodywork on my car after a branch fell on my car. He was great and the car looks brand new when we got it back. Highly recommend

BEWARE. Check the pricing and that they know exactly what you want before proceeding! Some items are not needed and are there to pad the price! When being charged a premium price, you'd expect a premium service, but I didn't leave there feeling that this was the case. I moved to the area 12 months ago and so when Service and MOT time came around, I thought I'd try local. I called in at the shop and asked to book in for an annual service and an MOT. Dropped the van off the night before and waited to hear back the next day. Got the call at 5pm to say I that the van was ready and I could collect it when free. I asked the price, to which he replied he didn't know. Called me back 30 minutes later with a figure that can only be described as a catastrophic blow to my bank account. Turns out not only had they performed a major service (I had only asked for an annual, not major), they had also replaced the front brake pads without first consulting me. As the MOT was performed before the service and it passed without any advisories, I may have chosen to have kept the original pads for longer. I wasn't granted the choice it seems. £480 later (remember this was just a van having an annual service, MOT and unwanted brake pads!) I collect the vehicle (filthy, £480 apparently doesn't even get a courtesy rinse it would seem) and due to not wanting the anxiety a potential altercation could bring about, I don't dispute the astronomical cost and poor communication. The next day I head to work and attempt to use the washer fluid. It struggles as if it's low. Further inspection reveals that the reservoir hadn't been touched. I head back to the garage to query this, and they do indeed confirm that this was missed, and promptly top it up. Had this have been a standard priced annual service, I might have left it there, but with this costing close to double to that of other decent independent garages, and still more expensive than taking it direct to Renault themselves (brake pads included), I check the other items. Aside from items I'm unable to check (e.g fuel additive, which I also did not request) everything did appear to have been replaced. However, the one item I could only perform an external visual on due to not wishing to disturb 'potentially' new seals, was the fuel filter. I'll attach a picture to this review but basically when this is changed fuel will always spill out over the cover and will either leave damp traces or ideally have been properly wiped over. Whilst I can't prove it's been forgotten without removal, you'll see from the picture that the cover is just as dirty as the other components in the area covered in 4 years of road dust. Ultimately, even if the fuel filter has been done, the combination of over inflated pricing, poor communication, being charged for items not wanted or required, and omission of something as simple as filling the washer fluid reservoir, has left a bad taste in my mouth. FYI I'm an aerospace fuel pump technician and my post garage checks were done with the help of my brother in law whom is RAC Patrol
