    I bought two car-seat belts for my dogs. Unfortunately not a good experience. The assistant who served me couldn't find the items despite the system stating they had two. He asked another assistant who was at the top till but to be honest that guy couldn't be bothered. The assistant who was serving me found them, stuffed under the shelves, so they were not out to see, basically hidden. This took at least 10 minutes and I was the only customer as I walked in. Not the best experience. Nobody does their job right anymore and don't even care that's the case.

    I came into Halfords earlier today to get my headlights changed , I had no idea on what I was looking for , Luckily the lovely young lady at the front greeted me with a smile and asked if she could help. Leila told me what bulb I needed and offered to fit them for me before I even asked! Her service was very prompt and efficient, I will definitely be returning for future repairs!

    I recently took my old bike to halfords to get some repairs done. On arrival I was greeted with friendly staff who were very helpful and took time to look at my bike and discus my options and was told it wasn't viable to repair and would cost as much as to purchase a pre loved bike at there store. I was informed of my options and best bike for me and my use. Apon this I was happy to purchase a bike from halfords. I was informed that they would check it over for me and make any adjustments and add some additional accessories to it for me. Within an hour I got a call to say that it's ready for collection. I'm so pleased with my bike and very fortunate to have have a place near me that I can go for future repairs and accessories and sound advice and good value. Staff are always there to help in any way they can. I can strongly recommend halfords to anyone.

    Great service when I took my car for a battery check on Friday, the guy did all the relevant checks and told me to bring the car in today (saturday) to have a new battery fitted, I went into the store and was told they can’t fit the battery, on the website it clearly says WE FIT for Β£40. And the guy who was working on Friday clearly said we fit, I purchased the battery from the store and take it to another garage to have it fitted, if I had known the fitting was impossible by your staff I wouldn’t have waited till Saturday.

    Halfords faulty Battery swap replacement isn’t what it used to be. Although I bought it from Halfords 3 year ago, it’s 5 year Yuasa warranty should have held. The lad tested it on a handheld computer and that said Warranty Invalid. He could not offer explanation of what that meant and refused to swap it. Had to pay for a new one. Terrible service and useless warranty. What a shame. This was a USP for Halfords but certainly adds no value any more.

    I went to collect the bike I ordered on the date I put to collect. I arrived and the bike was not there as they forgot to order. No call made to tell me this as apparently someone was off sick. I received an email a week later thanking me for my visit with an e-receipt however no bike and no call to say it arrived. This was a link to ask how the service was however still awaiting my bike!

    Winter Health Check Glad I didn't pay for it! I was able to pour nearly the whole of a 1.5litre kettle full of water into the windscreen wash tank, when I got home, which was meant to have been filled up. The oil check consisted of the dipstick being pulled out, wiped, then put back in again .... I'm pretty sure you are meant to pull it out a second time to get a more accurate reading. I know my wipers leave the windscreen blurred in places but this wasn't checked, just a quick run down each blade with a fingertip.

    Outstanding service from the bike team. They spotted that my daughters bike was put together incorrectly and fixed it. Ensuring her safety whilst riding. I visited the shop on Saturday 15th at 12 noon and the individual who fixed my daughters bike was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. He cared about my daughters safety which meant a lot. I will only use yourselves now. Thank you so much.
