Can't fault them...called last minute as needed my car checked over as engine fault light had come on and needed to sort it before journey back home to Devon. They got me in and sorted the problem that same afternoon.
I dropped our Mazda Bongo into GB back in July for an MOT, where I was advised that a lot of welding needed to be done. Cue repeated phone calls chasing for updates and not being given any REAL updates on what has been done or dates on when it will be fully fixed. I finally got the van back today - some 4 months down the line - and the coolant alarm has gone off because it clearly hadn't been moved in all the time it was there. Bill and Carl have done some sterling work on the van in the past but this has been without question the WORST experience I've ever had with a garage. I won't be going back to them and I certainly wouldn't recommend them.
These guys changed the cambelt on my Mazda Bongo, I was really impressed with thier straightforward approach and sound advice, it's not easy to find a garage that will carry out the work that YOU want, these guys did a great job, thanks, I'll call again!
As a Mazda Bongo owner, finding this place was a real result. Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Sorted our problem, and didn't cost the earth. Won't take our van anywhere else now.
