   I had a very bad experience with this mechanic. I went in for a simple oil change, and afterwards I discovered that the sump plug had not been tightened properly, which caused an oil leak. I wasn’t aware of it at first, and when I returned to explain the problem, instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me and said the car was already faulty — which it definitely wasn’t before the service. Regarding the MOT, every single time they insisted that the tyres must be changed, without giving a clear explanation. Later I realised that they also run a tyre shop, which made it feel like a push for unnecessary work rather than genuine advice. Overall, this situation caused over £1,000 in damage and costs for me, and I completely lost my trust. If you choose to use this mechanic, I strongly recommend checking everything yourself and not relying on their word alone.
