Brilliant traditional car parts and service business. Always helpful. A rare venue these days. It was criminal that the council forced them out of their high St location some years ago. They have managed to survive in a far inferior located site but never lost their customer service. Brilliant business that must survive.
Will only use Lloyds for my Classic car MOT, it doesn't need one (40+yrs old) but better safe than sorry. Great range of parts and accessories as well.
I always get a sense of nostalgia when I visit Lloyd's Garage, as I used to come here with my Dad, as a small child. He's now 87, and remembers using them when he first moved to Stourport in 1963. They were on Bridge Street then, and I was always fascinated by the amount of stock they carried, and the enormous range of items they sold. If you needed anything, they had it, or would order it, if required. The staff were always so helpful, and friendly, and obviously very knowledgeable about their products, and still are. We're pleased to see the same reliable faces, behind the counter, and it's still a pleasure to visit their store.
Can't say enough how helpful and lovely the boys are at Lloyd's garage. Lovely caring guys who really look after us ladies without lying and ripping you off. So helpful, fair and reasonable. Their service is excellent. Thank you Paul Mitchell, and all the gang.
