    Poor 1st experience from ordering to delivery. Pretty poor customer service to resolve the inconvenience they caused over weeks of not fulfilling the order, which could have easily been addressed. Poor communication overall and not doing as they said they would do, resulting in a lot of wasted time on my end and having to chase, which isn't great service. I wouldn't shop here again. Sad, as I like to support in person shops, but this wasn't great at all.

    Ordered a crib mattress from here 2 weeks ago, payment taken immediately, still no delivery, staff in shop were super nice explaining shop owner Celia would be in contact within an hour 3 days later and multiple emails voicemail and harrassing said staff Celia was eventually kind enough to call back, Barclays bank apparently were doing an audit on her Klarna account, sorry to hear of your stuggles but I didn't pay by Klarna!!!! I still await said delivery of mattress!!!

    The service was quick and efficient. I had a lovely server called Daisy, who was friendly and accommodating. Would 10/10 recommend. Definitely coming back here, lovely baby clothes for my niece.

    Brought baby clothes that I could not return and exchange because there were limited sizes. Everything in store had sale tag so you can not return anything if they were small. Do not recommend. I only shop in baby houtiques, there are way better ones with better prizes.

    Received my clothes today for my little boy. On a whole they are very nice but a few things not 100%. The sizing I think comes up very small . I ordered three different sizes in clothes and they will be lucky to fit my son when he’s born. Also in one of the outfits the thread has been caught on something and now needs cutting off. Considering the price of the clothes , I would have thought they would have been packaged in a sealed bag not just all put into the one main bag. Not sure if I would order again from this website
