   Visited today, I found the lady with the fringe rude and unfriendly and to be honest it put a downer on my whole shopping experience so I ended up leaving with nothing. Will not return, such a shame as I have always had great customer service at the Bristol branch.

   I just went today with my childs to have very unpleasant experience with the terrible customer service, Is no my first time in this shop but definitely will be last one. The Lady that I assume is the Manager approach to me and ask me (is that your son keep the eyes on him..... ! I don't let her finish and said If Him break anything I will paid for that, my son is 2 years old and my daughter 10 months He just touched the a book that was on display, while I continued to see the clothes, this lady tells the other clerk go and keep the eyes on them because she said if Her son breaks anything she will pay for that and the girl Stan next to my daughter in the pushchair making her cry. I just pay for what I had in my hands and left with the feeling my child wasn't welcoming.

   Walked in and and was stalked by the manager. Maybe because I am male? Intention was to buy loads of bits for the kids, but felt as though I shouldnt have been there. Quickly paid for 1 item and left. So uncomfortable. Manager needs retraining big time.

   Really love this shop, located in a great area. Its not to big but is laid out well and easy to find the sections you need i.e. boys or girls and baby items. It is so child friendly a they have the table with the colouring things out and the staff are lovely when the children touch the toys or take the scooters to ride on. Good prices on clothes and other items i would say. Love the staff in their they are so friendly and chatty and make you feel so welcome.

   Like others, I have to say the customer service is absolutely shocking. I went in to buy a maternity winter coat, I was the only person in the shop and there was no greeting, nor was I offered any help. I couldnt even reach half of the items. The shop was an absolute mess and everything is crammed in. Safe to say, I left with nothing and won’t be going back! For your maternity needs go to Seraphine - much nicer staff and a lovely shop.

   Lovely shop for children, parents and parents-to-be. There are chairs and fake bumps in the fitting rooms to make shopping easier for pregnant ladies at every stage. Staff is very friendly! Loved it!
